At the risk of sounding overdramatic, I think pelvic floor therapy saved my baby and prevented pregnancy loss. I did a six-week course ahead of what was supposed to be a planned induction at 37 weeks. I was a little bit skeptical at first because my insurance wasn't convinced that I needed pelvic floor therapy, and I ended up paying out of pocket. That said, it was worth every penny, especially as a first-time mom with a surprise pregnancy at 40. The week before I was supposed to be induced, I woke up in the middle of the night and noticed unexpected fluid. When I called Labor & Delivery, they chuckled and indicated that most very pregnant women may accidentally urinate due to the pressure on their pelvic floor. But at that point, I had been working with Julianne, and I knew that I wasn't having that issue. I decided to go to L&D early just to confirm something else wasn't wrong. Well, as it turned out, my amniotic fluid had torn, and had I waited to act (longer than 24 hours), I would have lost the baby and been at a higher risk of complications myself. I thank God every day for the amazing services provided by Restoration Health Collective. My baby girl will celebrate her first birthday next month, and she is happy, healthy, and an all-around miracle. It is wonderful that this organization exists and that it can offer real education, insight, and treatment for women's health issues.

Following the steps set for me thru Restoration Health Collective has changed my life for the better. My freedom has been restored! They are knowledgeable, friendly and professional. I recommend them to all my friends and even new acquaintances.
HIGHLY recommend this establishment for Pelvic Floor Therapy.. The entire staff is Amazing, But ESPECIALLY Amber! Not only is she extremely knowledgeable, but also makes therapy fun.. Having experienced symptoms for years, with just a couple visits I have seen significant improvement!! This was 100% a great investment into my health.
Restoration Health has truly been life-changing for me. They helped me make real progress with long-standing slow digestion issues after years of seeing multiple doctors with no real answers. Julianne was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and compassionate—she never gave up on me and truly listened every step of the way. Her dedication and persistence made all the difference in my healing journey. I am forever grateful to Julianne and highly recommend Restoration Health to anyone looking for thoughtful, effective care.

Had an overall great experience and healing journey here!
So happy I found the team at Restorative Health... very knowledgeable in pelvic health.
I cannot recommend Restoration Health Collective (RHC) highly enough. After baby #4, I developed vague but chronic and worsening pelvic pain that was difficult to pinpoint. Like many of their patients, I had visited a variety of specialists without any benefit. After a year of worsening pain and failed therapies I was referred to RHC through my very attentive OB. They took the most detailed medical history of my health and symptoms that I’ve ever experienced. After just a few sessions I was completely pain free. Unbelievable. I can’t express how miraculous it truly felt. Now as I’m holding baby #5 in my arms, I continue to have a pain free pelvic floor with the simple maneuvers, stretches and lifting techniques I learned in their office. The therapy that I continue to do at home made another pregnancy possible and has helped tremendously in the postpartum period. I know this sounds hyperbolic, but I honestly say a small prayer of gratitude every single day for pelvic floor PT because of the relief I have from a truly debilitating pain I once lived with. Many thanks from a grateful patient.
For three years I’ve dealt with tailbone pain and nobody could help me. For the first time in years I can be pain free on more than one day of my life. I’m still working at it, but I’m not alone now. Thank you both for everything you’ve done.
Amber and her staff were so knowledgeable. I am 58 year old women and I had some issues with incontinence. I did a course of treatment and now I have no issues. I had no idea that the pelvic floor is so important in our day to day life. I left there feeling so informed about my body and how to lift and squat correctly. Thank you so much to Amber and Julianne for taking such great care of me!!!
