Restore Laguna Niguel is money hunger. They have received $907.00 from my credit card in September and provided hydrafacial service to me only once. And they keep $725.00 for store credit and are not willing to arrange the next appointment for me. They are waiting for the $725.00 to be store credit and expired in200 days.
Can anyone reply to me for a refund or to arrange the next appointment?
I have contacted them via emails and phone calls; I haven’t heard anything from anyone.

As a C-suite female professional. I found George to be extremely lacking. I explained exactly what I needed. Instead of respecting my time he recommended something completely different. When I asked how much. He deferred to "I have to look at the packages". This infers that his knowledge of the unique products and services is inadequate and relies on usual high pressure sales tactics to lure and siphon hard earned resources. I don't recommend this office. As fellow a female, you would best to do your own research and seek relief elsewhere.

I booked hydrafacial premium. My appointment lasted 45 minutes including 5 minutes wait time. I was told when I booked it is an hour service. When I asked front desk they said “time depends on how fast service gets done”. I did not find it acceptable. Not going back. I can get lot better service and more add ons for that money. The aesthetician says she doesn’t have the tools to remove whiteheads and milia, why sell the service if you don’t have the tools.

I’ve been tired for so many years it felt normal. I tried NAD loading and although I felt amazing after, the side effects during IV were not worth it.
Nurse Jaimie told me about NR and I can add it to my IV or get a shot (5 min) with none of the NAD side effects…life changing!
I’m 4 months in and can stay up late, get up early, work all day and still have energy for more. It’s so worth trying if nothing else has helped aging and menopause no matter your age.
I also LOVE my Hydra, oxygen and Neve facials by MICHAELA!! They keep my skin looking amazing every day and for special occasions. She always knows just what my skin needs and at my age that isn’t easy!
