I started seeing Dr. Riana during my second pregnancy with a skeptical hope that she could help me not tear in my second birth after a 3A tear with my first baby. She came highly recommended from my midwife and although I had to drive an hour to see her I figured I’d give it a shot. After my first appointment I was convinced that she really knew what she was doing and I felt really encouraged moving forward. I saw her routinely after that and I did what she prescribed at home to help me relax my pelvic floor as well as learn to breathe properly to engage it. I didn’t realize how much could be done to help the scar tissue from my first birth but Dr. Riana helped tremendously more than I thought was possible. My last session before my baby we worked on labor positions and she wrote it all down for so I could look at while I was in labor. Needless to say it helped me so much. I ended up having a four hour labor with no tearing. I am so thankful for all she taught me and if you are finding yourself in a similar position or you are pregnant with your first or fifth baby, I cannot recommend her enough. The drive, the time and the money are so worth it. We are all deserving of care such as this! It’s going to make such a difference in your life! Thank you Dr. Riana!!!

I've had the absolute best experience with Dr. Riana! I would recommend her to all of my family and friends.
Before finding Dr. Riana, I saw other therapists that didn't take the time to listen to my concerns or understand where my issues were coming from. From the very first appointment, I knew that I was in good hands with Dr. Riana. She took so much time and care listening to me and learning about my history, and together we established a holistic plan to treat and manage my pain. I'm now at the point where, if I feel any tension or discomfort (from prolonged sitting or inactivity) I can manage it at home with the strategies and exercises Dr. Riana prescribed. Her knowledge and care has truly impacted my life in such a positive way. I never thought I'd go through my days pain free, but that's exactly what she's given me. I can't thank her enough.
Also, her office is so cute and her staff is super friendly. It always felt welcoming and warm, which made the experience that much better!

Dr. Riana helped me prepare for a beautiful, redemptive homebirth with my second baby after a traumatic emergency c-section experience with my first baby. I drove an hour to see her because my midwife referred me to her, and it was worth all the investment of time to travel. Not only did she help me physically with coordinating proper breathing with pelvic floor movement/function and relaxation (plus many mobility exercises that I did religiously at home), but she also helped me emotionally and mentally. She listened to my birth experience from the first time, related to it and gave me hope for things to be better this time, and then aligned her treatment approach to prepare me for an empowering birth. My labor and delivery was smooth and had no issues, and I did not tear. Dr. Riana was a huge piece of my preparation to have a satisfying homebirth!! It’s been life changing. Thank you!!

She listened to my goals and shared her expertise, how to get my body and mind ready for birth, and how to ease the aches and pains of pregnancy. The relief I felt after each appointment was unmatched! I also enjoyed the appointment we had with my husband, where Dr Riana shared comfort measures for labor, etc. I truly think that pelvic floor therapy and Dr Riana were part of the perfect formula for achieving my beautiful HBAC (with a 10lb baby)! I can’t wait to return for appointments postpartum.

Restore Pelvic Health and Wellness has been a life changer for me ! I would give Dr. Rianna and her staff 10 stars if i could . She makes an awkward ,deeply personal subject completely comfortable. I was able to speak to her at length about my issues and never felt rushed . She not only answerd my questions, she teaches and shares her vast knowledge for improving my pelvic floor health. The relief of my symptoms is more than remarkable and my reliance on medications for pain to function, are gone . I would have never believed my hip pain was truly caused by my pelvic floor disorder . I was considering an orthopedic consult for my hip and back pain before working with Dr. Rianna. I am so grateful for the work she has done. With her gentle hands on approach and teaching techniques I will garden this summer . I was in too much pain to garden last year.
The office is clean and she has space for classes she teaches in womens pelvic health, childbirth, etc.
Very knowledgeable and professional.

Much overdue review. There is no one else I would go to for my pelvic floor health. When I experienced discomfort with my first pregnancy, I was recommended to go to Dr. Riana. Not only is she one of the sweetest people I've ever met, but she is so helpful in every way. She was very thoughtful in not only helping me with my discomfort, but providing me ways to do exercises that meld well with my lifestyle. She has so much knowledge and so many resources for all things pregnancy related. She truly goes above and beyond for her clients. Love her and would recommend her 1000x.
