Gilbert was my point of contact for a crawlspace restoration project. He promptly added me to the schedule and took quick action to extract the water and install fans and a dehumidifier. He kept me updated on the drying status and regularly came out to check on progress. I appreciated his strong communication, good attitude, and calm presence. The crawlspace is now dry.

Update. Unfortunately, three years later, there was a different water incident in our crawlspace. My Restoration lead was Gilbert this time and he did an excellent job checking in and providing me with guidance to Get the water removed and the crawlspace dry.
When you have a structural emergency (fire, flood, mold) in your home or business, Ryan Sumner and Company will save the day. Having multiple plumbing failures is a horrible experience, but the team at Restore Co. has been thoughtful in taking my family through the mitigation and rebuild process with care. They are always available to answer questions, offer guidance, and provide support when working through our insurance company.
I am thankful for their support during a difficult situation.

Received truly exceptional water damage cleanup and mold remediation from RestoreCo after a leaking refrigerator line caused water to saturate the kitchen floor and run down into a basement living area. I filled out an online form describing my emergency and almost immediately received a call back to schedule an initial inspection that same day. From the initial inspection through the demo completion, Jared, Ian, Gilbert and Juan were true professionals. Not only were they experts at what they do, they all were outstanding communicators. They gave sound recommendations and always explained clearly what was needed, why it was needed, when they would do it, and what the next steps were. They also worked closely with my insurance agent to make sure the claim would be justified and supported. I very much appreciated Jared's leadership and management of the entire process. RestoreCO was quick to respond to my sewer crisis! They were helpful and informative and made the process go smoothly!
