Had the pleasure of working with Marcel. Very responsive. Went out to the property within the same hour that I called and removed graffiti from the concrete of our building. Highly recommended! Will continue to work with him for future projects.
When the unexpected (such as a leak/flood in our case) strikes, Marcel and his team (RbM) are who you want in your corner. During a time of navigating the uncertain, Marcel always brought control, confidence, professionalism and great communication. He worked with our insurance adjuster and helped provide the best possible outcome for our situation. From packing up, water mitigation, to remodel we were so pleased with the timeliness, expertise and execution of the project. We felt heard and prioritized throughout the whole process, which is so appreciated when your HOME has been disrupted and the daily "norm" is out the window for a period of time. Thank you Restored by Masters for getting us back into our home as quickly as possible and making it even better than before!
Thank you for your kind review.

Thank you for your kind words.
My family and i recently had the pleasure of working with this Marcel, Ashour and their kind team on a full home update, and the experience exceeded every expectation. What started as a flood in our laundry room turned into a complete transformation of our space, including new flooring and fresh paint throughout the entire house—and the results are absolutely stunning. Our kitchen, which is quite small and challenging to work with, is now both beautiful and incredibly functional. The team made thoughtful design suggestions that maximized every inch of space without sacrificing style. Their attention to detail, craftsmanship, and ability to bring our vision to life truly set them apart. Beyond the kitchen, the new flooring has completely elevated the look and feel of our home, creating a seamless and modern flow from room to room. The painting was done flawlessly, with clean lines and a finish that feels fresh and polished. What impressed us most was their professionalism, communication, and reliability. They showed up on time, kept the workspace clean, and made sure we were informed and comfortable every step of the way. It’s clear they take pride in their work and genuinely care about their clients. This company made us feel like family. If you’re looking for a team that delivers high-quality results with integrity and skill, we can’t recommend them enough. Our home feels brand new, and we are beyond grateful for their incredible work.
Thank you for your kind words. We truly appreciate it.
They’re very efficient, professional and took care of each project in good time. They also took care of the contractors and payoffs. I’m very happy with all the rebuilds
They’re very professional and efficient in the work they accomplished after the fire. And they also took care of the contractors and pay offs of each project.
Marcel and his crew are very well-qualified. Recently, my downstairs laundry room was flooded by my upstairs bathroom. It required the ceiling and 2 partial walls to be restored. Sheet rock, texturing, and painting was all necessary. They matched the paint and happily added more white paint to my liking. They were always courteous and kind, doing a fantastic job and working quickly. I am very happy with their work and would recommend them to anyone.
Thank you for your kind review.
Marcel communicated well; he did everything he said he would do at the time he said.
Thank you for your kind review.
As unpleasant as it was to wake up to a large kitchen water leak, Restored by Masters, Inc. streamlined the restoration process as much as we could have asked. Their professionals made themselves readily available for our questions, explained options, helped us understand insurance working, and followed up after job benchmarks. I appreciated their concern for our particular situation and would be glad to work with them again.
Highly recommend this place. The people there are very nice and professional. They were cautious when packing and moving my belongings
