The best plant based treats in the area!! So yummy
Reverie Bakeshop has an appealing selection of pastries and desserts, with plenty of options for a small treat or a box to share. I tried a croissant and a slice of cake; the croissant had delicate, flaky layers, while the cake was moist and balanced in sweetness. The presentation was polished, but the flavors felt just as important as the appearance. Prices seemed reasonable for an occasional bakery treat, and the display made it easy to discover something new.

Tired of the inconsistency of products. Some days icing is extremely thick & there’s too much on donuts & fritters, cookies are underbaked or overbaked, different amount of certain ingredients used - so the chemistry of the cookies drastically changes between bakers. Sometimes the donuts have way too much oil after frying. Again, just tired of the inconsistency, & this is coming from someone who has been a patron of RB for several years.

Great gf cookies.
I am not a vegan, vegetarian, nor do I really have any diet restrictions. I came here to get something for someone on my team who is dairy free so she could eat sweets with the rest of the team. I decided to try something myself while I was there because I was curious. I am absolutely obsessed with the glazed donut. That is hands down the best donut I have ever had. It's a pricier than most but unlike most donuts instead of feeling like you could down multiple in a sitting, one of these donuts is plenty satisfying unlike cheaper donuts. I also had the chocolate chip cookie sandwiche which was great. But that donut was something else. Service was great. I was in and out with a few minutes.

The staff is exceptionally welcomg welcoming and kind. The pastries, desserts, breakfast selections are delicious and unmatched. You won't be disappointed.
I love this place and have been going since they opened, but I wish they would make some lower sugar options. Like no other sweetener, just half the amount of sugar they normally use. The savory stuff is great, but all the sweet things are just way too sugary, it's so overpowering it makes me gag a little and makes it hard to eat more than a couple bites. I didn't know if it's that vegan baked goods don't absorb the sugar in the same way as non vegan ones, or if vegan bakers just tend to use extra sugar to try to make things more flavorful, but it just ends up feeling like I'm eating half a bag of sugar with every bite and it tastes almost metallic.
Wow, what amazing treats and options! Vegan and Gluten free have never tasted so good!! The Peach Cobbler Cheesecake is the best cheesecake I think I have ever eaten, vegan or not! And the GF Blueberry muffin was absolute perfection. I would never be able to tell all these treats were Vegan and GF if I didn't buy them myself. This will be my new go to for treats and celebrations.

I thought a vegan bakery in Richardson sounded cool so I decided to try it out. The staff were friendly and they had kombucha which is a plus for your digestion. This was a while back so I do not recall if the kombucha was made there. Overall a good experience.
