This is the first medical spa I’ve been to that truly cares about YOU. They really listen to your concerns and are not trying to just sell you stuff. I feel so special whenever I go and enjoy the experience thoroughly. They’re knowledgeable and kind. Warning - if you get any facial with Priscilla, know that you’ll be hooked forever! She’s the BEST and has magic in her hands. I can’t say enough - you literally just need to experience it yourself. Kim is also awesome. She is very thorough and detailed and allows you to enjoy even if the treatment is painful. All the front desk staff are also super helpful and so responsive even by text and accommodating of busy schedules. So basically the ENTIRE experience from making an appointment to the actual services are done at top notch levels. And even post-care - they text you to check on you no matter what service. I don’t usually write reviews but couldn’t pass on this one. It’s one of the best businesses in Waco and I hope to see more with that level of customer care come here!

My experiences here have been great! Everyone is super friendly and Kim takes great care of me. She’s very professional and answers all my questions. I’ve been getting Botox since the beginning of the year and I love my results. I was nervous at first not knowing a lot about Botox but Kim made me feel very comfortable and she’s very knowledgeable.
