Extremely disappointing experience — do your research before buying a “renovated” home from this company.
I purchased a home that was represented as newly renovated, and unfortunately, the problems started much sooner than I ever could have imagined.
Just 5 months after purchasing the home, my kitchen sink literally fell out on Christmas. I had to contact the sellers to have it repaired, which was an early indication that the quality of the renovation was not what I expected from a home marketed as newly renovated.
Since then, I have discovered even more serious issues.
The seller’s disclosure represented the roof as new, but I have since had the roof evaluated and was informed that it was not a new roof—it had been sealed and was already nearing the end of its useful life. That is a significant difference when you are purchasing a home based on representations about its condition.
I also discovered that cardboard/Amazon boxes had been used as material beneath the basement flooring/subfloor, which is completely unacceptable in a home represented as professionally renovated.
Now, I am dealing with a foundation/water intrusion issue in the basement, along with significant damage and mold that has come to light. What I thought was a newly renovated home has turned into an extremely stressful and expensive situation.
When you spend hundreds of thousands of dollars on a home that is marketed as renovated, you expect the work to be done properly and the home’s condition to be represented honestly. Instead, I have spent an enormous amount of time, money, and energy dealing with problems that should never have existed in a supposedly renovated home.
My advice to anyone considering purchasing a home renovated or sold by this company: just don’t.
I sincerely wish I had known then what I know now.

We were in a major time crunch to resolve retroactive permits and occupancy inspection issues before selling our house in Ballwin. Ali (the owner) truly understood our sense of urgency. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and responsive throughout the entire process. They got the job done on time, saved our closing date, and handled a stressful situation very well. If you need a contractor who communicates well and gets things done under pressure, look no further!
