Revive Your Lawn & Trimlight Chicago

I recently hired Revive Your Lawn & Trimlights Chicago to install a French drain in my backyard, and I couldn't be happier with the results. Gabriel and his team did an excellent job from start to finish. The quality of their work was outstanding, and the drainage system has made a significant improvement to my yard. What impressed me most was their commitment to customer satisfaction. They promptly returned to address every minor concern we had and made sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. We had them do a big job for us last year (landscaping, hard scaping, irrigation, drainage). 90k later and while some aspects of it look great (hardscaping), the drainage did not solve anything and the irrigation was left partially finished and still never fixed after a yr. Also, the plantings are under a warranty, of which we have tried for 3months to get them to come out and replace....still waiting

I worked with Revive Your Lawn initially for my Trimlight and they turned out perfect. They blend into the house really well and Adam came out and took his time measuring, documenting, and explaining the whole process. They were very responsive and follow up very well. Can’t recommend this company enough. They do it all!

Sales team was good(initially), but the actual service applied left a lot to be desired. The job was to bury a few downspouts to get rain water farther from my house. Not a complex job. First, they cut through my internet fiber line while digging the trenches. This cost me an additional $150 to get AT&T out to repair(on top of being a major inconvenience as I work from home). Next, they didn’t repair any of the grass they dug up. They simply plopped the dirt and grass on top and most of it has died while also being a major pain to mow now because it is uneven. Next, there’s no drainage at the end of the downspout extension. I’m not an expert, but I don’t think it’s good for water to be sitting in the pipes like it does days AFTER it has stopped raining. This will likely be a bigger issue in the winter. Finally, when I called to complain about all of this, they said someone from production would call me back. Well, it’s been weeks and I haven’t heard from them at all. Overall, not happy at all with the job, or the support I have gotten since. Edit: After writing this review I was contacted the next day by Patrick at Revive Your Lawn. He apologized for my experience and came over to walk through the entire project and cover all of my concerns. I am updating my review to 4 stars to reflect them correcting their error and I appreciate their dedication to making this right.

Having permanent lighting means we no longer have to worry about putting up or taking down seasonal lights every year. What really stood out was the pride the Trim Lights team took in their work. They made sure everything was functioning perfectly before they left and walked us through the app and all of its features to ensure we were comfortable using the system. If you’re looking for a company that delivers excellent customer service, high-quality products, and meticulous installation, I highly recommend Trim Lights.
