Ray was able to work on my vehicle very quickly and efficiently, communicating any hiccups as soon as he ran into them and would call me with any updates regarding issues that would take longer than expected or add to the overall cost of the service.<br>Ray also topped off my oil and coolant since he noticed they were both low, despite them being unrelated to my car's issue. I definitely would recommend this shop for its turnaround time, honest pricing, and good communication to their clients.
We asked him to call or text us before doing any work on the vehicle and he did not, he just went ahead and did it before we knew what the problem was. He also seemed very unorganized and just was not super helpful. Didn't close the hood all the way so it started rattling on the freeway and we had to pull over and shut it tight.
Fantastic customer service! Really clear straight communication without asking for a ton of personal data. Timing was fantastic, and ended up being able to take care of me for even less than he quoted. Of all the places in town I trust Recently Auto Repair the most.
Had to get my whole front end replaced , every other place in rexburg quoted me atleast 3500-4000 starting price for an older pickup. This was by far the best price and amazing work. It only took about 2 and a half days to have it completely redone. He was super flexible about dropping it off and picking it up. All the work he did looks amazing I would highly recommend!

The guy I a charge is very rude and a liar. He greeted me by slaping my vehicle on the damaged part and was angre with me for parking in the only customer parking spot on thenpoperty. Asked him to fix my vehicle after a minor accident and he said he doesn't do that work. When I asked if he new anyone in town that did he send to to the soda shop next door. I wouldn't trust him if I were you.
We were headed to Rexberg when my vehicle broke down. The owner of Rexberg Auto Repair was able to diagnose the problem quickly ( bad alternator ) and he had it replaced the next day for us. Great customer service and very fair price ! I highly recommend this shop fir auto repairs.

This place deserves way more than 5 stars. They got my car fixed incredibly fast and extremely well done. The price was SO good! Definitely go to these guys for any car problems if you're in Rexburg.
More like 20 stars! My AC stopped working & it would get so hot, even with the windows down. Had gone in to get an appointment set just to diagnose the issue where charging it didn't do anything & the fuses were good. Ray was phenomenal & got me squeezed in the same day where it was supposed to be 90+ degrees the following day. Not only did he get me in the same day but he fixed it same day too. The cost was affordable and a lot of other places would have charged more.<br>The AC working has been absolutely wonderful and I can run errands during the day without feeling like I'm about to have heat stroke. I've had some bad experiences with other places but Ray is hands down the best there is. He's a great guy who knows his stuff and will take care of you. Thank you so much Ray for going above and beyond for us!
