Amazing job he did to my yard !! 10/10
Best lawn care I’ve had in months!!
Even though Mr. Reyes didn't service my yard, his poor customer service disappointed me. I asked for a quote to mow my backyard and he came back on the high end for what I have payed before for a time when the backyard was in worse conditions and I didn't ask for a lower price since I had urgency to get this taken care of. However, what really weirded me out was that after he sent me the quote he requested a full upfront payment for the job which honestly nobody that I've dealt with has done that (other than renovations or big projects). It seemed fair to me that I would send him a bit over 50% of the job value since he didn't advice beforehand about this way of working, and also because in such situations that'd be the norm (50% before job and 50% after completion and inspection of the job). What really disappointed me was that after this he returned my money and canceled the job. Mr. Reyes, when dealing with a business and customers (and really anything) communication is key. If you had told me before quoting my backyard that you required a full upfront payment before the job, the story might've ended differently. Thank you.
