**Excellent Service and Professionalism from Rhino Roofers\!**
I would like to express my sincere appreciation to Rhino Roofers, especially Juan and Damian, for the excellent service they provided when assessing the leak in my condominium roof\.
Juan and Damian were professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and genuinely concerned about resolving the problem\. They carefully assessed the situation, identified the pitch pipes as the source of the leak, and made the necessary repairs to prevent further leaking\.
What impressed me most was their willingness to explain their findings, answer my questions, and reassure me that the problem was being addressed properly\. Their thoughtfulness and genuine concern helped ease the anxiety I had been experiencing over the possibility of further water damage\.
I would also like to thank Ginger for her assistance in scheduling their visit and helping ensure that my roofing concerns received attention\.
After my experience with Juan and Damian, I feel reassured that our condominium community is in good hands with Rhino Roofers as the contractor for our new roofs\. Their professionalism, attention to detail, quality workmanship, and commitment to customer care reflect very positively on their company\.

When I called, the kindness and excellent customer service started w/Kirkland. He said he woukd have the correct dept rep reach out to me. And, within 15 min, Tara called. After explaining my problem to Tara, we set an appointment (10/8 @ 1130). On appointment day, due to circumstances out of my control, I informed Tara I'd have to cancel. Less than 30 min later, i was able to call Tara and say I was now available and asked whether there would be any chance have the rep still come later that day? Andres arrived at the new appointment time and completed his inspection of my roof. Andres was a true professional with patience for days! With the number of questions I asked and I might have even asked the same question twice. He still smiled and answered them all. It is truly refreshing to come across a business that honestly knows what customers service means and not just tell people what they want to hear. Ths is my second experience working with Rhino Roofers and they know what they're doing!

I had the best experience with Rhino Roofers repairing my damaged roof. Everyone from Tara taking my initial call and keeping me informed with scheduling etc...Andre and his work partner (I'm sorry cannot recall name) examining roof and giving estimate....to Matthew and Ulysses who did the repair...they were all so kind, knowledgeable and patient to me and I truly appreciate it. I'm very pleased with work done and will recommend Rhino to any of my friends that need roofing work...thank each of you for everything 🙏

Great experience! From Justin coming to inspect my roof to Carlee, Daphni, and Catalina getting everything organized, communicated, and set up to Deven And his crew doing a thorough and an exceptional job. I enjoyed the experience. Deven Is the best project manager I’ve ever had from any company from his attention to detail and communication skills as well as his down to earth customer service experience second to none. With the extensive amount of coordination Carlee had to do, she handled it perfectly And gave me one of the best Customer experiences over the phone that I have ever had. Rhino Roofers is special because of the people they have working for them that make it special. I’m glad that I chose them and they have a customer for life with me.

Rhino Roofers did an outstanding job helping us with a roof issue at our home in the La Vernia area for a great price. We had a hole in the roof caused by what was likely a raccoon, and their team came out quickly to take care of it. They replaced the compromised decking/plywood and did an incredible job matching the color and quality of the shingles in the repaired area — you can hardly tell any work was done!
Cristian was kind, thorough, and provided excellent service throughout the entire process. The communication, workmanship, and attention to detail were top-notch. I would absolutely recommend Rhino Roofers to anyone needing roofing repairs or service.
