Cameron and Caleb are exactly the type of contractors you want to work with for roofing repairs. They are communicative, punctual, ensure the job is completed to your satisfaction, and are respectful.
A large limb broke off our oak tree and crashed into the edge of our roof. Ripped the fascia and soffit down, exposing our attic to the elements. I called Rhino Roofing and Caleb & Cameron were out that afternoon to assess the damage. They securely covered the area to ensure no water or critters could invade my house. The repair was scheduled soon after the estimate and we are quite happy with the entire process.
Obviously, we're hoping no other limbs decide to break free and wreck our roof. However, life happens! We will absolutely be contacting Rhino Roofing for any future roofing needs.

Rhino roofing is very responsive and came out same day for a quote a few months ago. They then came out that same week to start and finish repairs and did amazing! I called them again for a different issue and they came out to check it out almost immediately! Highly recommend! They are amazing people

Our adjuster told us we couldn't "prove the damage was from the storm" or that there wasn't any at all, and these guys very quickly came and drew some lines marking all the damage and spoke to the insurance company for is and got them to change their minds, and even took care of the gutters, these guys made the process so easy and the work was done in a timely manner, our insurance company took FOREVER to get us our check to pay them and they were very patient with us about it. There was also a minor mistake made on just one of my downspouts and the moment they heard it they had the guy come back and correct the issue immediately for us. To add this happened during the horde of new roofs after hurricane Helene and they still took care of us like it was a normal week.

The guys at Rhino were all very helpful,professional and just a great bunch of guys. They helped walk me through all the steps I needed to do with filing a claim and even helped me decide what shingles to get. I couldn't be more happy with my Beautiful new roof. It has been over a year since I got it done and it still looks great. Also the crew that installed the new roof did a great job covering my pool and equipment before the tear off. They were very quick on install and clean up. To this day I haven't found a single nail in my yard.
