Probabley the only Lawyer that actually calls back within the hour after you leaving a message. Always covers every detail in a case and listens to his clients and actually puts hisself in their shoes to see if from their point if view. PS: i forgot to mention he was court appointed. And still gave 100%. Not like…

I was very disappointed with the lady at the front desk. I have used this office to handle a couple tickets and service was ok. I am also an insurance agent and have referred clients to his office. I called in to ask a question and her response was well "obviously".....If I knew I would not have asked the question.…
My girlfriend was appointed this attorney and was offered a differed prosocution she signed the plea and ended up leaving with probation... ( we asked him in the back if she was going to be on probation and he replied, "No". This man is not upfront!

Then after hung up on when I stated that was rude and I would not use that attorney ever again. Is this how you treat your paying clients?
The "lady at the front desk" is my wife. And anyone who's ever met her knows how absurd the idea of her being rude to anyone is.

This just happened, and what you posted is untrue. It is not probation, it's a deferred prosecution. The difference was explained to the client. At the end of a deferred, if successfully completed, the case is dismissed and is not on the client's record as a conviction. At the end of probation, even if successfully completed, the client still has a drug record. Again, this was explained.
