Heidi was awesome! She is everything you could hope a property manager would be. She got the property turned around including refresh and repairs within a week and had a new tenant in place one week later.

Thank you so much for the kind review. We really appreciate you trusting us with your home. It was a pleasure helping get the property refreshed, rent-ready, professionally marketed, and leased so quickly. We’re looking forward to taking care of the home and making ownership as easy as possible for you going forward.
Rice Real Estate and Property Management has been managing our Summerlin property for 11 years now. New reliable tennants have been found very quickly each time there has been a turnover. Communication is thorough. Everything from keeping us updated on the market, screening tennants and property maintenance, both large and small items, are handled efficiently. Highly recommend for a stress-free property management experience.

Thank you for trusting Rice Real Estate & Property Management with your West Summerlin home. We truly value the long-term relationship we have built with you since 2015.
Providing Summerlin property management for a detached single-family home involves much more than collecting rent, and we appreciate the opportunity to handle the details for you. Thank you for your continued confidence in Rice Real Estate & Property Management and for taking the time to recommend us. It has been a privilege to manage your Summerlin property for so many years.
Absolutely top notch experience. Far exceeded my expectations, thank you!

Thank you for trusting Rice Real Estate & Property Management as your Summerlin property manager. We know Owners have many choices throughout the Las Vegas Valley, and we truly appreciate the opportunity to help.
From coordinating the prior Tenant’s move-out and turnover to marketing the home, screening applicants, and placing a well-qualified new Tenant, we were able to complete the entire transition in less than seven days from receiving the keys to the new Tenant taking possession.
Thank you again for your trust and for taking the time to share your experience. We are glad we could make the transition a smooth one.
As an owner of multiple rental properties, I’ve entrusted Rice Real Estate & Property Management for 16 years. Their personalized approach sets them apart—they treat each property with genuine care rather than just processing paperwork.
What I most appreciate is their long-term strategy. They’re not just focused on quick turnovers; they prioritize finding quality, stable tenants who will stay, which means less turnover hassle for me and better long-term returns. Their reputation clearly speaks for itself and Heidi Rice has been invaluable in sharing her market insights.
