Absolutely amazing experience! 😍 I had three services done at the same time — manicure, pedicure, and eyelash extensions — and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Everything was done beautifully and professionally. The staff was wonderful, attentive, and made the entire experience so relaxing and enjoyable. I’m absolutely in love with the results! Highly recommend this salon, and I will definitely be coming back! ❤️
This was my first time visiting Rich Angel Salon, and I had such a great experience! I got a Russian pedicure with gel polish, and Polina was super nice. Her service and technique were truly on point!
All of the staff were so friendly—every person greeted me when I walked in, which made me feel very welcome.

I’m disappointed with both the result and how my concerns were handled afterward. I paid $150 and clearly explained that I wanted a fuller 2D effect and did not want the lashes to look overly natural. Unfortunately, the final result looked like my own lashes with mascara. I have been getting my lashes done for 2 years and this is the worst client service I have encountered. They also don’t have a working bathroom.
I contacted the salon afterward and explained that I wasn’t happy. Because I live far away, I asked whether a partial refund could be considered instead of making another long trip back. I was told they would only offer removal or a correction in person. The communication was defensive and dismissive. They blamed me for not having the tech remove my lashes immediately if I wasn’t happy with them.
I understand that results can sometimes differ from expectations, but I think the way a business responds when a client is unhappy matters just as much as the service itself. Unfortunately, I wouldn’t return.

And Russian manicure… I’m sorry, but once you try it, there’s no going back 😂 It’s simply the best manicure in the world. Nothing else compares, and I wouldn’t trade it for anything! 💅❤️ Definitely coming back!
