Richard's Hayward Roof Repair

My roof was leaking over the back room, so I called a roofing company after a recommendation. The person on the phone was very professional, and Seth was just as helpful when he came out to inspect the roof and explain the issue. It looked like an old patch job from a previous owner had been done poorly, which caused the leak to come back. Even with busy scheduling and changing weather, they got me on the calendar sooner than I expected and kept me updated through the process. The crew handled the roof repair quickly, used solid materials, and made sure everything was sealed up the right way. The price was fair, the workmanship was good, and the whole experience was smooth. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who needs roofing repair or other roofing work.

Richard's Hayward Roof Repair was recommended to me by a friend to replace the storm-damaged roof on my home in Hayward. From the first visit, Julian, one of the owners, came out to inspect the roofing system and seemed honest, reliable, and very skilled. That impression stayed true during the full roof replacement and the follow-up afterward. Since I did not know much about roofing, he guided me through each step, from choosing the right shingles and materials to explaining the work schedule and cleanup. I am very pleased with the new roof, the quality of the workmanship, and how smoothly the whole project was handled. The crew worked efficiently, kept the property neat, and made the process easy to understand. I would gladly recommend this team to anyone who needs roof repair or a full roof replacement.

This roofing team was excellent to work with. They came out on a Saturday to inspect a loose shingle on my roof, and by that Tuesday they had already called to explain that a full roof replacement would be the best long term option. They handled the local approval process in Hayward, kept me updated at each step, and even emailed me shingle color choices so I could pick the style that fit my home best. The whole roofing job moved along quickly and smoothly, and everything was completed in less than three weeks. Everyone was friendly on the phone, easy to talk to, and very clear when explaining the roofing process step by step. Brantley and the crew were professional, hardworking, and made sure I understood what was happening from the inspection through the final installation. I also appreciated how well they worked with my insurance company, which made the roof replacement much less stressful. The new shingles look great, the workmanship is solid, and the entire experience felt organized and professional. I highly recommend this company if you need roof repair or a new roof in Hayward.

They did an amazing job, and I would highly recommend Richard's Hayward Roof Repair for any roofing work you need. We had two leaks showing in our ceiling, so we reached out to several roofing companies to inspect the roof, and they were by far the most responsive and helpful. Their team completed a detailed roof inspection, found the source of the leaks, and explained the condition of the shingles, underlayment, and problem areas in very clear and simple terms. They were great at walking us through the roofing issues without making it feel overwhelming or like a complete disaster. When it was time to discuss pricing, they were very helpful with financing options and made the whole process much easier to manage. Every question we had about the roof replacement, materials, timeline, and repair process was answered clearly, and they were professional and supportive through each step of getting our roof fully redone. The workmanship was excellent, the communication was strong from start to finish, and we would absolutely use them again for future roofing projects.

We recently purchased a home in Hayward that needed a full roof replacement. After a bad experience with another roofing contractor, we were careful about who to hire and asked our realtor for a trusted recommendation. He suggested company: Richard's Hayward Roof Repair because they had handled both residential and commercial roofing jobs for him and always got the work done right the first time, with no callbacks. He also said they were quick, tidy, and fairly priced. Thomas and the crew absolutely delivered. The new roof looks excellent, the workmanship is solid, and the whole project was handled smoothly from start to finish. They even painted the roof vents to match and reattached a piece of trim that had come loose during recent windy weather. The cleanup was great, communication was easy, and the price was competitive. Highly recommend. Also, if you need chimney waterproofing while the roofing crew is already up there, it is a smart and cost-effective add-on.

They did an excellent job on my new standing seam metal roof. Seth is very knowledgeable and leads a well organized roofing crew. The team removed my old roof and installed the new standing seam system within the estimated timeline. Their attention to detail was outstanding, from the underlayment and flashing work to the clean finish on every panel. They kept the job site neat each day and did a great job with cleanup from start to finish. Since the new metal roof was installed, we have noticed lower energy bills during the warm Hayward weather, and the finished roof looks fantastic. I highly recommend them for roofing work.

Every time I called, my questions were answered with patience and respect, which made the whole roof repair process much less stressful. I also want to mention the crew, who did excellent work with great attention to detail on every part of the roof. Even during the warm Hayward weather, they stayed focused, worked hard, and kept the job site organized and safe. Their workmanship, communication, and professionalism were beyond my expectations.
