Yesterday (19 Oct 26) I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Richy (Richy Rooter Plumbing, LLC.). He was recommended to me by my daughter for a major toilet problem.
Prior to starting his work, Mr. Richy took extra time to describe several possible scenarios for the problem. He was detailed in his descriptions, which allowed me to make an informed decision about repair options. He was careful to make sure that the work area remained clean and uncluttered while working. I highly recommend Mr. Richy for all plumbing needs.
Thank you, Mr. Richy. You have my 5+ stars. Be Blessed.

Great service! I had gotten a quote for a flange on the toilet and the initial plumber said it was because of the water pressure. That plumber wanted to charge me $1700 but when I called Richy Rooters they checked everything and there was nothing wrong with my water pressure. It was something so simple… the toilet flapper. I highly recommend Richy Rooters, they are honest with their customers.

We truly appreciate the opportunity to earn your trust.Unfortunately, the issue was not properly diagnosed before we arrived. After performing our own inspection and testing we confirmed that your water pressure was within the proper range and determined that the actual problem was simply a faulty toilet flapper. At Richy Rooter we believe in taking the time to diagnose the problem correctly before recommending repairs thank you again for your trust and support were always here whenever you need us!!
