“Home of the free tire install” is Bs they say this when you call them on the phone and when you buy tires through them they add on about $100 in fees they charged me for four valve stems when my motorcycle has two wheels - weights and the labor of the tire install plus a little something for training new employees (per the service dept manager) what part of the tire install is free? Bc mounting, balancing, and putting the tire back on the bike - they said they gave me a $179 discount for the install - they also charge for a bike that’s used for them to add their shitty gos that doesn’t work I have bought three bikes through them no loyalty to loyal customers 0/10

Had a painless and smooth experience here at RideNow Gainesville! I called and spoke with a sales rep, set up an appointment for the same day. Upon arrival I was greeted by the internet sales rep, who then introduced me to Johnny (a floor sales rep). Johnny showed me the four wheeler from head to toe, gave me the pros and cons and comparable atvs in the same class. After deciding it was the one I wanted, I was introduced to the sales manager Angel, who took care of me the rest of the way. I went in with a budget and a reasonable number for the ATV I wanted (which was the internet price, plus taxes and the other fees associated with purchasing). Angel sat down with me once and showed me the numbers, they weren’t exactly where I wanted to be, he said sit tight I’ll be right back (we weren’t that far off on the magic number). When he came back the second time I requested that he call the manufacturer and the store manger to see if they were able to combine/stack certain discounts/rebates that I had found. After another 5-10 minutes of waiting he came back with the phone calls made, strings pulled, and the magic number and we made a deal. Everyone I interacted with was respectful and professional. They were not pushy with the “credit application”, as I kindly declined to fill one out until we were both on the same page with the final out the door purchase price. During the final stages of purchasing, they offer optional warranties and maintenance plans. After kindly declining them, we continued on, and they didn’t give me any push back, or the stereotypical “car salesman hypothetical bad scenarios that almost never happen”. Overall a great experience, I would 10/10 purchase from them again.
