TL;DR: just find someone BBB accredited. Quite expensive and unreliable, and the techs behavior following is atrocious. Very poor experience, they scheduled a visit and flaked causing some significant lost time after already negotiating a pretty insane $375 for a partial detail. I left a pretty descriptive review offering some benefit of the doubt, waited 24 hours after the scheduled appointment to post it because sometimes emergencies happen and maybe he will followup the next morning... unfortunately this particular guy just abandoned the whole thing. Pretty poor service solution, from one piecework professional to another. The operator that abandoned the task did, however, find the time to followup when I left a pretty unhappy review and was extremely hostile and threatening, as well as reporting the review to Google. Of course he apparently "didn't receive the several followup messages", and had no explanation to why a followup didn't occur to him until two days later. Tried cooking up some story that he was actually waiting for the deposit, tried to give some yarn about how one star reviews are bad for a business. Would not recommend, even when he had the chance to just do better this is what came of it.
