Josh and Right Touch Electric are a superb team. They helped me to hook up a dishwasher and found out that the previous work was badly done. They showed me and helped me understand what was the proper way to have the connection done to be safe. Very professional and i will highly recommend them
Chris was professional, knowledgeable, and honest. He took the time to explain the electrical issues clearly, what should and should not be done, and what I could do to prevent potential electrical hazards and keep my home safe. I really appreciated his recommendations and the fact that he took the time to test everything, identify the problems, and explain his findings without charging me for the testing. His honesty, expertise, and willingness to help gave me confidence in his work. I highly recommend Chris to anyone looking for a trustworthy, professional, and knowledgeable electrician!

I had to have my electric panel replaced. They came out the same day I reported issues and the work was done on the same day. The technicians were working until after 6pm. They did an excellent job, the communication was very clear. My electrical panel was shutting off because it was basically burning from the inside out. I'm lucky I didn't end up with a house fire. I had some other work done since they were already here. There were a couple of different price, equipment and warranty options to choose from based on the equipment chosen. I sleep much easier knowing our ongoing power issues are finally resolved.
Restoration of a transformer did a "soft blow" to some of my appliances. Kendrick is a very good communicator in explaining the possibilities of what happened. Also, he confirmed that the work down prior by Levi, Alex, and others 2 years ago, helped from making a situation worse.
