Del did a great job! Took time to explain the process and types of critters. Was very thorough and knowledgeable.
I’m very happy with Thomas of Rigo performing my quarterly general pest control inspection and treatment. I find him very professional and courteous. The bugs might not like him, but I do.
Had our quarterly pest control service done today. The technician was terrific. He was very thorough first listening to where we’d seen traffic then thoroughly spraying and removing cobwebs where the spiders had been. Upon completion he explained exactly what he had done and why, plus what pests he had seen and eradicated. Great service!!
Went above expectations and very thorough
Duncan is professional, friendly and thorough. He listens well and follows up to be sure he has done what we wanted. Give that guy a raise!
Duncan was absolutely 5 star!
Duncan did a quarterly service and was very nice and professional. I would recommend Rigo to anyone looking for pest control services. Their phone staff is very nice as well.
I have been using Rigo Pest Prevention for over 10 years and it's been a great experience. All of their technicians have been outstanding. Duncan, our latest technician, arrived on time and did a great and very thorough inspection and applied all the necessary chemicals needed. I can not recommend Rigo and Duncan enough.
They always arrive within the window time frame set. Ask individuals are knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommend Rigo Pest Control! I’m coming up in the second year with them.
Duncan did a great job with our quarterly pest control service. He explained what he was going to do and made sure there were no questions or issues. He completed the service in less than 20 minutes. Great job!!
Daniel was a friendly, efficient and knowledgeable Technician.
Excellent work and discussion of exactly wht I do and do not want sprayed.
Rigo 's service rep is extremely thorough and efficient and above all, trustworthy. I highly recommend this service.

Very helpful and through job!
Excellent service and very thorough. Listened to my concerns and addressed each one. Very knowledgeable. Recommend highly.
Their technicians have always been courteous, prompt and do a through job. We have been using them for 7 years now.
Tried another pest control source as part of landscaping service. It didn’t work as well as Rigo. I’ve returned because they are the best pest control company in Tucson.
They were able to get me scheduled same day after I had enough with our spider friends. There was a little miscommunication between the technician and office making the appointment delaying the arrival time, but I was able to talk to polite people each time I called asking where the technician was, and they…
Very thorough pest service.
