Anthony and Anthony did a fantastic job. Our toilet was broken, they replaced it quickly and at a good price. I was very impressed and recommend their services.
Very professional and clearly expert in their trade. We have been customers for years and will continue to rely on Ring The Bell for all our plumbing needs
This is my second time using Ring the Bell Plumbing. Anthony and Anthony came out to repair a leak I had coming from under my toilet. They were on time and fixed the issue within 15 mins.
Thank you so much for fixing my heater. You guys are the best. Did a great job, very neat and clean and above all very professional and courteous. So glad I found my go to plumber.
Very professional service that you can rely on.
Ring the Bell Plumbing, Heating & Drains is a legit company to call on when you're in need of expertise with friendliness and promptness. Both plumbers who serviced our issue were professional, as they explained the issue and the fix. They performed the work with focus and insured the bathroom was clean once…
Excellent experience from start to finish. I received a quick response to my initial call, and scheduling was very easy. The plumbers were polite, professional, and took the time to explain what they were doing and what they found along the way. They turned on the water to my outside faucets and explained why two…
the technicians are really thorough, explain everything in laymen’s terms, and do only what they need to. i highly recommend this company.
We recenely had a plumbing issue. Ring the Bell was prompt, effcient, and made sure to leave the space cleaner than it was before. Highly recommend!
Xavier and Anthony were great! They quickly realized the issue and made the necessary repairs to our toilet. The two of them were in and out, and Xavier explained the issue well. Update for a new service provided by John Snyder plumbing and heating- 6/25/25- Xavier came out to fix the gas valve on the hot water…
I called John Snyder plumbing in December 2021 and spoke to John - professional and friendly - due to scheduling I wasn't able to have someone come out immediately. When I went to schedule, he informed me of a possible COVID case and didn't feel comfortable sending someone out until everyone was tested and…
They came when they said they would (actually a little early) and quickly and thoroughly repaired the problem. They will be my go-to plumber going forward!
Excellent experience working with this company. I’m scheduled to have them come back to do some additional plumbing work for our home. Highly recommend.
Great service! I had a minor issue with a running toilet and they sent someone out the next day. Xavier was very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He explained what he was doing every step of the way and fixed the problem promptly. Would definitely recommend!
Our Plumber, Xavier, was patient in explaining the problem AND fixing it expeditiously.
John was wonderful. Explained the whole process. He was kind professional and really knew his stuff. Definitely will use him again! Thank you!!
Clogged drain was a challenge but kept at it until solved at reasonable price.
I submitted a negative review for this company and as soon as it posted, the owner called me to apologize for the poor result. In addition, he made an appointment for him to come out and address the issues. He did come out and did resolve the problem. I was impressed with his professionalism and his expertise. I…
The men were professional. They came on time. I wanted a written statement that told me exactly what they did, I I received was money statement. He told me I would receive detailed receipt through email.Nothing as of yet
They didn’t actually fix anything. They just basically said “buy a new sink, buy a new toilet, buy a new shower”. The two guys looked like they couldn’t care less about being there and every question I had was met with an “I don’t know” response.
They were prompt, courteous and got the job done!
Mr. Snyder was professional & caring about my inability to fix/use hall toilet, whose handle broke off, making it unusable, a hardship with my physical limits. As a victim of contractors who failed to honor their work or warranties, I was shocked and grateful that Mr. Snyder REFUSED payment & asked ONLY that I give…
They were very professional and did a good job. A little pricey but I guess that's the way it is these days.
Meghan thank you for sending John you are absolutely correct John arrived took one look and knew exactly what needed to be done! Its all good now great service 👍🏾🙏🏾
Where do I begin. Johns been installing and repairing the plumbing on all of my properties for years. Always professional, always clean, always reliable. Hes also very personable. He’s a plumber you can trust. Look no further. This company is top notch
We had a few niggling maintenance items that's we needed to do. Plumbers arrived on time and we're professional and explained what they were doing. We're respectful of my questions. Price is high for the service but were very good.
I really can’t recommend this company highly enough. I bought a nearly 100-year-old single family home in Philadelphia about 6 years ago and I’m catching up on about 40 years with of “eccentric” plumbing solutions and deferred maintenance. I’ve used this company multiple times over that period and suspect I will…
We called John around 10:30pm when our basement toilet was overflowing. He arrived in 20 minutes and quickly evaluated the situation. He determined that he would need some tools that he did not have at that time and asked whether it would be OK if he returned at 8am the next morning to take care of the problem--he…
Guys were so nice. Cleaned up after themselves and finally someone fixed my pipe after many years I having it serviced.
