Great service very detailed, informative, efficient , etc.....
Ring the Bell was my first and only call when I found water running across the floor in my rec room. John came over and immediately assessed the situation, accurately identified the issues in multiple pipes, and promptly scheduled the full fix for the next day. His efficiency to address the issue and…
PGW found a gas leak in our basement. I called Ring The Bell that day, and they came the next day. They didn't charge any diagnostic fee, and gave me a free estimate. Fix was quick and easy and not expensive at all. High-fives all around!
John and his team are the best. They are timely, professional, and deliver quality work. Furthermore, they are trustworthy! Ring the Bell is my first and only call when I need plumbing services.
Anthony and Anthony are super good dudes and have done a few jobs at my house. They make sure it’s done right and are great at explaining things and double checking any concerns I had. No hesitation to call them for any plumbing needs. They did a super nice job supporting my inlet water supply.
The best rate out of 3 others companies I tried. Quick scheduling and satisfied with the results. Fixed my leaking boiler pipe in good time. Thank You! I pray it's a lasting fix 🙏🏾 🙌🏾🤞🏾
Amazing company to do business with. Xavier came out to do a pretty complex job and gave me a fair estimate right off the bat, including the different variables that could affect the cost. We landed exactly at the price quoted and the job was done quickly and cleanly. Best experience I’ve ever had with a plumbing company. You have a customer for life.
John Snyder plumbers are knowledgeable, competent, professional AND courteous. You can't mess around with water issues...I am clueless and own an old home, so I am thrilled to know I can trust the integrity of John Snyder and his associates. This company is worth every sheckel, farthing, peso, shilling, penny, dime, rubel, whatever....
Very thorough and proactive crew. John takes on all responsibility for the work and more. Really appreciated their service for our heating and drainage plumbing for our large house. Definitely calling them again.
Megan at the office returned my call quickly. She was able to get an appointment same day to fix my shower drain. Super friendly and helpful. Xavier and Andrew showed up early and were very efficient. Both were friendly and knowledgeable. Couldn’t be happier with the response time and repair time.
The technicians were timely and respectful; they repaired a leaking water valve behind the washing machine and were kind enough to put everything back (to normal).....even cleaned up after them! Price was higher than I thought, but the job was done quicky and correctly. Have no issues and would use their service again.
Recently, we noticed water coming into our downstairs living room from the upstairs bathroom. When we called this wonderful team, they quickly helped. Megan, at the office, guided us through the stages from frantic call to repair and workable payment plan. John Snyder and Xaviar did the needed repairs within a few…
By far the worst experience with a company in a long time. If you want to be stolen from, this is the place to call! John was unprofessional and rude, cuts corners and doesn't inform his clients. He will try to get you to spend more money than needed. I still have leaks in the places where he did work after…
The work that this team performed was not easy and not simple, and they were incredibly kind and patient - Xavier and Anthony were willing to work four hours consistently to detect and repair work that another company completed - The communication GODDESS who takes the calls was attentive and warm while putting…
Khalil R was extremely timely and professional with a shower drain pipe replacement!
They were able to send a crew same-day. Xavier and Anthony worked efficiently and were professional end friendly. Pricing was very fair. Super happy!
Had a leak in my sink and the hot water shut off valve was broken. Prompt and professional service. Would use again!
Immediate arrival, well done and easy.
Where do I begin. Johns been installing and repairing the plumbing on all of my properties for years. Always professional, always clean, always reliable. Hes also very personable. He’s a plumber you can trust. Look no further. This company is top notch
John helped me build a new humidifier pipe — he’s extremely professional and friendly and did a perfect job would definitely recommend!
They did an excellent job fixing the CSST valve that was going to the stove I highly recommend them.
Excellent service and breakdown of services performed. Work is always thoroughly completed as agreed with professional associates at all levels.
They did a terrific job for me after two tries with another company that some how managed to make the situation worse. Everyone from the scheduler to the two plumbers was prompt, professional, skilled and well mannered. After the repair everything looked tidy and I felt much better after a rainy week. You can trust John Snyder Plumbing.
The service was of the highest performance. The gentleman who performed the work, they were focused and having a great deal of integrity. I really appreciate the presentation of my plumbing job and what the problem entailed from Mr. Anthony and Mr. Xavier and the young lady who took my inquiry over the telephone.…
I really can’t recommend this company highly enough. I bought a nearly 100-year-old single family home in Philadelphia about 6 years ago and I’m catching up on about 40 years with of “eccentric” plumbing solutions and deferred maintenance. I’ve used this company multiple times over that period and suspect I will…
