Anthony and Anthony did a fantastic job. Our toilet was broken, they replaced it quickly and at a good price. I was very impressed and recommend their services.
Very professional and clearly expert in their trade. We have been customers for years and will continue to rely on Ring The Bell for all our plumbing needs
I have used Ring the Bell several times over the last two years and they have been awesome to work with. I had a fridge water line that needed to be updated and they came out same day to take care of it! They are my go to for any plumbing issues.
Ring the Bell was my first and only call when I found water running across the floor in my rec room. John came over and immediately assessed the situation, accurately identified the issues in multiple pipes, and promptly scheduled the full fix for the next day. His efficiency to address the issue and…
John and the two Anthony's almost renewed my faith in contractors! (I say almost because boy are there a lot of bad ones out there!) They were easy to communicte with, punctual and polite, offered additional advise on other issues we were having around the house, and when the job wasn't as large as they had…
John and his team are the best. They are timely, professional, and deliver quality work. Furthermore, they are trustworthy! Ring the Bell is my first and only call when I need plumbing services.
Anthony and Anthony are super good dudes and have done a few jobs at my house. They make sure it’s done right and are great at explaining things and double checking any concerns I had. No hesitation to call them for any plumbing needs. They did a super nice job supporting my inlet water supply.
The best rate out of 3 others companies I tried. Quick scheduling and satisfied with the results. Fixed my leaking boiler pipe in good time. Thank You! I pray it's a lasting fix 🙏🏾 🙌🏾🤞🏾
Anthony and Anthony did a great job. They assessed the issue, brought in their tools and fixed the problem in under an hour! They were so efficient, kind and helpful. We will exclusively be using Ring the Bell Plumbing from now on.
We needed to relocate a refrigerator water line, so we called Ring the Bell. John promptly arrived and performed a great job. I highly recommend their services.
John & his staff were on time, very thorough and explained everything they were doing and reasonably priced too for the job we had done. They kept my house in order and cleaned up after themselves. We are very pleased with our sewer pipe job.
The Anthonys were great! Did a job day after New Year's and stayed late on a Friday with no complaints... Highly recommend 🤙
Great working with them! They gave me a great quote and speedy service- I would recommend them to anyone
Amazing company to do business with. Xavier came out to do a pretty complex job and gave me a fair estimate right off the bat, including the different variables that could affect the cost. We landed exactly at the price quoted and the job was done quickly and cleanly. Best experience I’ve ever had with a plumbing company. You have a customer for life.
Anthony was very professional and did excellent work. The job he did was super clean and I got a great sense that he is honest and I felt confident in his work.
Xavier did a great job on a water pipe section replacement--careful, professional, and fast.
I called John Snyder Plumbing & Heating due to a leak that had developed in my upstairs bathroom and was dripping through to the floor below. I forget the name of the woman who took my phone call. She was super polite, kind spoken, and able to find me help with urgency. Xavier C was assigned to come out to my house…
Service guy was very professional, polite, fast and efficient, excellent job.
Another great job done by John Snyder Plumbing. Anthony and Anthony (yes, there are two) came by to fix a leaky pipe. They showed up on time and called and/or texted updates on their way to let us know exactly what time they would arrive. They were courteous and worked well. The repair finished ahead of…
Very thorough and proactive crew. John takes on all responsibility for the work and more. Really appreciated their service for our heating and drainage plumbing for our large house. Definitely calling them again.
John’s team helped clear a blockage in our bathroom utility sink. Honest and up front about the pricing. I think it’s time for me to invest in a more powerful plumbing snake.
Xavier was prompt, professional, and proficient. He explained clearly what was to be done, what the end result would be, and clear pricing for the job. We will definitely call John Snyder Plumbing for any future needs!
We hired John Synder Plumbing to relocate our plumbing pipes to accommodate a new vanity. It was easy to setup an appointment for an estimate, and they were very courteous. Xavier showed up on time for the estimate, he was very nice and walked us through the process of relocating the pipes. On the day of…
They replaced the old rusty cast iron pipe. They did a good job. I recommend them.
Excellent service and responsiveness. Had an issue with a bathroom sink. John came right out and fixed the issue. Very professional. Will use them again when needed. Highly recommended.
The plumber was very professional and worked quickly, resolving all my concerns. Would definitely call again.
They showed up on time. They were respectful and considerate to me as a senior citizen. They completed the job without difficulties. I will call them again if I have a plumbing problem.
Excellent experience working with this company. I’m scheduled to have them come back to do some additional plumbing work for our home. Highly recommend.
John Snyder has been very reliable each time I have called them. They are on time and communicate well with what needs to be fixed, the cost and the timing of fixes. Not only were they professional and provided quality work, but they also assisted with putting me in touch with other trusted companies to assist with…
Thank you to Snyder AGAIN for saving me from another plumbing disaster. Great people, thank you especially to Xavier for doing such a great job so quickly. Very friendly guy and he cleaned up better than it looked before he started! I will definitely be calling in the future.
They were wonderful, as usual. They are extremely thorough and always arrive on schedule. I would highly recommend this plumber.
They have been the best plumbers to work with in Philadelphia! Highly Recommend!
great and friendly service
Recently, we noticed water coming into our downstairs living room from the upstairs bathroom. When we called this wonderful team, they quickly helped. Megan, at the office, guided us through the stages from frantic call to repair and workable payment plan. John Snyder and Xaviar did the needed repairs within a few…
Anthony and Anthony were excellent. Time was an issue, especially while cordinating with facilities. Will def recommend.
After an initial miscommunication, they went above and beyond to fix a leak in my piping and the owner himself came out to the job to ensure everything was done well. Very impressed with these guys, it's clear they care about their work and their customers. Thank you!
Would 100% recommend! We had a major plumbing issue that had to be resolved. Their pricing was very competitive but most importantly they were incredibly responsive and helpful! I called several companies who said they could be there in a week or so but John’s team understood the time sensitivity, came out within a…
I have used John Snyder Heating and Plumbing for 3 jobs now. I will be using them again and will suggest them to anyone I know.
John Snyder Plumbing and heating was an excellent company to use for plumbing repairs. I needed a new water shutoff valve in my home, and with no ability to shut off the water from the street, they thought outside of the box and used a pipe freezing kit to make the swap. They were professional, extremely reasonable…
Khalil R was extremely timely and professional with a shower drain pipe replacement!
I cannot say enough about these guys. My mother has dementia and has only one bathroom. Her toilet backed up and the run to her septic is ridiculously long. She unwittingly throws paper towels and wipes etc. down the toilet. It clogged the whole sewage system and I had Roto Rooter clear it... Three days later,…
WOW. What a great plumbing service John breathe life back into a 50-year-old furnace that I could not afford to replace at the time. His service was punctual professional and affordable and saved a 75-year-old senior citizen on a fixed income from freezing this winter. I highly recommend John Snyder's plumbing and…
When my regular HVAC/Plumbing service provider could not make it out, John Snyder fit me in. We had a pipe leak and had to shut off the heat during a cold spell. The technicians, Xavier and Anthony, were extremely efficient and didn't give me a window of time, they said they would show up at 8:30am and then were ON…
I called John Snyder Plumbing and talked to Megan on a Tuesday and she scheduled me an assessment with Khalil the next day to check on a slow/gurgling drain. He found the issue after an hour or so of troubleshooting that it was the curb trap. John, Max, and John were able to come out just a few days later and do…
I’ve had John Snyder Plumbing help with a few things at my house, most recently replacing a few pipes and shut off valves. Anthony and Xavier are professional and efficient, and did a great job. Scheduling has always been quick and easy as well. Thanks!
Excellent experience! I used them after another company failed to show. Their scheduler, Megan, was extremely helpful and I can’t thank her enough for getting me on the schedule when I had an emergency plumbing situation with two kids at home. Xavier and Mooney were awesome! They were professional, punctual, and…
Xavier was quick and professional!
I couldn't have been happier with my experience using John Snyder Plumbing and Heating. We had some seriously rusting and leaking old iron pipes for our hotwater/radiator heating system that needed fixing. Since it was summer and not using heat we had several contractors come out and give estimates. Most quoted a…
Immediate arrival, well done and easy.
Xavier and Anthony were great. They worked on the problem and handled the 3 and 5 year old distractions running around the house with ease. Everything from booking to finishing was done with great ease and if we ever have plumbing issues in the future, we will likely call on John Snyder again.
a little too expensive for me. But did a great job
great guys, on time very professional, quick and efficient, cleaned up when job was completed
A plumber we had used in the past was non-responsive after multiple attempts at scheduling a repair. Snyder responded quickly, got us scheduled, and repaired our system for a reasonable price. They will be our first call from now on for repairs or maintenance. 7/7/22 Follow-up: We moved into a new home and had a…
I had an issue that required some careful rerouting of a 4" drain and sink drink in a spot below my kitchen floor. John's guys took extra care of it, leaving me feeling good about closing up the floor and not needing to worry about it any longer.
Where do I begin. Johns been installing and repairing the plumbing on all of my properties for years. Always professional, always clean, always reliable. Hes also very personable. He’s a plumber you can trust. Look no further. This company is top notch
They did an excellent job fixing the CSST valve that was going to the stove I highly recommend them.
Excellent service and breakdown of services performed. Work is always thoroughly completed as agreed with professional associates at all levels.
They did a terrific job for me after two tries with another company that some how managed to make the situation worse. Everyone from the scheduler to the two plumbers was prompt, professional, skilled and well mannered. After the repair everything looked tidy and I felt much better after a rainy week. You can trust John Snyder Plumbing.
The service was of the highest performance. The gentleman who performed the work, they were focused and having a great deal of integrity. I really appreciate the presentation of my plumbing job and what the problem entailed from Mr. Anthony and Mr. Xavier and the young lady who took my inquiry over the telephone.…
I really can’t recommend this company highly enough. I bought a nearly 100-year-old single family home in Philadelphia about 6 years ago and I’m catching up on about 40 years with of “eccentric” plumbing solutions and deferred maintenance. I’ve used this company multiple times over that period and suspect I will…
