Customers frequently praise the company for punctuality, thoroughness, and clear communication, noting that inspectors often provide detailed reports with immediate images and helpful explanations. Services include standard home inspections, sewer checks, and pre-listing evaluations, with some clients highlighting quick turnaround times and flexible scheduling. However, a few lower-rated reviews criticize the pricing as high relative to competitors and mention instances where specific defects, such as electrical issues or gas line problems, were allegedly missed from the final report.

It was good only thing I’m disappointed on is there was nothing on my report of outlets not working there’s about 4 that I have found and tried resetting breaker and nothing. Not sure how that could be missed. Also the garbage disposal in the sink doesn’t work either. Missing one outlet ok but several… Not sure about that but I already paid.

Our realtor suggested we do a pre-inspection of our home before putting it on the market. After Googling home inspectors near me, I selected Rio Bravo Home Inspections. Charlie showed up right on time and briefed me on what he was going to do. He finished in less than three hours and told me he didn't find anything major, but that there were a lot of little things that could be fixed to enhance the sale of my house. I had his detailed report in my hand later that afternoon. I couldn't be happier with the service I got from Charlie and Rio Bravo. I highly recommend them.
