Every year, geese take over my pool, leaving behind messes we can't completely clean out. This inevitably triggers a severe dark green algae problem, forcing us to drain and refill the pool every few years. After dealing with multiple pool companies whose services were mediocre at best—including one that didn't even bother to clean the algae out of my skimmers—I was skeptical.
I am incredibly picky, but Nick from Ripple completely met my expectations. I will absolutely be a repeat customer.
Nick also replaced two of my Pentair pool lights. His extensive knowledge of pool brands and parts made the process seamless. He walked me through the best options, and the installation went perfectly. I highly recommend "Ripple", if you want a job done right, the first time.......

I was batteling with green algae in my pool so i decided to search for alternative company who could updgrad my pool filter. Contacted them to get a quote and quickly got my issue fixed. We’ve had such a great experience with this pool service company and would genuinely recommend them to anyone!
They are reliable, always show up when they say they will, and communicate when they’re on their way. If they notice an issue with the pool, they let us know right away and are always willing to work with us to find a solution. We’ve never felt like they were trying to upsell us or take advantage of us, which is unfortunately not always the case with pool companies.
The owner, Nick, has been especially great to work with. He is extremely responsive and even took the time to answer questions and give us additional information about our pool remodel, even though they weren’t involved in that part of the project. He was also incredibly understanding and flexible when, after weeks of going back and forth, we ultimately decided not to have them do our pool startup.
That level of communication, honesty, and customer service really stands out. We’re very happy we found them and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy pool service company!

Great pool service. You get detailed information on what they did during the visit by email shortly after they leave. They let you know what chemicals your pool required after each visit too. They even include a picture of your pool and spa in the email. Overall i really appreciate the information they provide and they make me feel like they actually care about the job they are doing.
