The Mosaic Condos ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I've lived in several condos, and I can honestly say the team at Mosaic is what makes this building feel like home. Zinah in the office is fabulous — she always has a smile and is so kind and attentive; nothing ever feels like too much to ask. Mr. Shihab runs the valet service and he is an absolute superstar. There is not a single day he doesn't greet us with a smile and rush to get our car — it's red carpet treatment every single day. His whole valet team is among the most trustworthy people I've ever met; you can rely on them at any hour, in any weather. The front desk team is amazing. Carlos always greets us so happily, and Million and Bryan are worth their weight in gold — deliveries, fetching our car keys from the valet, things big and small, there is nothing they won't do to take care of us. Some of the hardest working people I know. I also want to recognize the maintenance and housekeeping teams, whose names I wish I knew — the building is always beautiful, clean, and well kept thanks to their tireless work behind the scenes. And Matt, our building manager, is always approachable and clearly works hard to keep everything running smoothly. Words can't describe how grateful I am every day for this whole team. Top notch, all of them.

I’ve had a wonderful experience at Mosaic! The building is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained, but what truly makes a difference is the people who work here. I especially want to recognize David for his outstanding service. He is always professional, kind, respectful, and incredibly helpful. He goes above and beyond to make sure everything is taken care of and that residents feel comfortable and valued. You can tell that he genuinely cares about his work and the people he helps. I live at this building and Zinah is so sweet and kind. She quickly handles my problems.

We’re grateful for the entire Rise Management team and the support they provide to our building. I especially want to recognize Zinah. She is always willing to help, handles every situation with grace, and greets everyone with a smile. She makes sure we have the information we need and has become a wonderful asset to our community. We truly appreciate her and hope she’ll be with us for years to come.

Matt Maier makes Mosaic run like a highly efficient machine - and has the best attitude doing it. Always a pleasure to work with. He’s a keeper.

The Mosaic team is incredibly helpful! Zinah and Matt are amazing staff members who always go above and beyond to assist residents!

Our building is well-maintained and people who work there are awesome! All the front desk people like Million and Brian and Zinah in the front office are amazing! Zinah especially as I send her a lot of requests and she always gets back to me within the hour and always with a good attitude and professionalism. Ask them anything and they will figure out a way to get it done!
