Customers frequently cite the shop's quick turnaround, reasonable pricing, and willingness to advise on repairs versus replacements. Reviewers note that the staff handles both vacuum and sewing machine issues with honesty, often providing same-day service or a one-year guarantee. The only low-star feedback describes a situation where a cord repair failed to resolve roller issues and the customer was not contacted to confirm the completion of work.

Really happy with the work he did on my machine, which was a Kenmore from the early 1980s and my mother singer machine, which was probably from the 50s. They both work really well now.

My vacuum was ancient and couldn't get parts. Had a great deal on a replacement which I bought. Then fixed my other one while I had lunch. Great service, friendly and knowledgeable. Reasonable fees. Will be taking my sewing machine back to have it serviced.
