Completely professional, honest caring, reasonable, and cleaned up my engine nicely and finding and fixing a oil leak. I couldn't be happier, so nice and refreshing... To find my dream mechanic!!!

Everytime I come to this service center, they are always more than helpful! They never try to sell me any service that I do not need, and they are HONEST!!! Will continue to go back to this place anytime for my car issues.

My wife’s car was involved in a hit and run while parked on the street in front of our house, which took the mirror off. I was out of the country with the military at the time, so she was dealing with it on her own. Another body shop quoted her nearly $1,000 to replace it, so she decided to get a second opinion at River Automotive. Instead of trying to upsell her, the owner was honest and helpful. They explained that the mirror itself could be bought on Amazon for around $50 - something I could’ve probably figured out myself if I had been home, but understandably outside my wife’s comfort zone. They offered to install it for a very reasonable price, took great care of her throughout the process, and even replaced the battery in her key fob after noticing it was low. Really appreciated the honesty and kindness. Thanks for taking care of my family while I was gone. You’ve absolutely earned all of our future business.
Called here to ask some questions as i'm looking for a local shop for my mother in law. They couldn't be bothered. Sorry to have wasted 30 seconds of your time on the phone. How businesses can operate like this is beyond me? I don't think it would be possible to make a worse impression, quicker. Obviously they are doing just fine without any new business.

This business is absolutely superb! The gentlemen here are always so pleasant and affable. The prices are most reasonable and the work is quite simply top notch. I just had 4 new tires put on and my car drives like a dream. Honestly, I wouldn't go anywhere else. They are honest and also great at diagnosing what the problem is and more than fair about pricing. There is no pressure, just frank, expert advice. There are no surprises. I am so glad that they were recommended to me a few years ago. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
