I had an excellent experience with this property management company. From the very first phone call, the staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and genuinely willing to help. They took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made me feel like a valued customer instead of just another phone call. It’s hard to find a company that combines professionalism with great customer service, but they absolutely exceeded my expectations. If the level of care I received over the phone is any indication of how they treat their tenants and clients, I have no doubt they are one of the best property management companies around. If you’re looking for a company that’s responsive, respectful, and truly cares about helping you find the right rental, I highly recommend giving them a call. I wouldn’t hesitate to work with them again, and I’ll definitely be recommending them to friends and family.

Easy company to get in ( Moved in this home December home wasn’t ready when moved in neither did I have air . Since I’ve been staying here I keep encountering problems of the home . I just recently got AC IN MAY ( and it’s still not fully repaired at this point . I still have leaks I’ve continue to communicate via email text and also have the owners in a group chat with some vendors WHOM has been great through out this process This home has mad me miserable as well as CURT lies when it’s time to reach out to you or whom ever The owner of the home don’t care she has been contacted serval times and via phone and text . Search your home address on Shelby count asser it will tell you the real owners because Rivercity just managed these properties and they due a poor job at that

When I had issues with my home,I contacted them & they had the maintenance team at my home the very next day!!!! When I say I'm beyond grateful of RCAM, I can't thank them enough. They gave me & my family a chance on having a nice home & thank them so much💕🙏🏼✨️.

John is extremely efficient and has been consistent throughout the beginning of my lease, I feel secure moving forward in this long term agreement. Every issue has been resolved quickly. Thank you
