The workers were professional from the moment they arrived. They introduced themselves, reviewed the plan, and got started right away. I was impressed by how organized the job site stayed throughout the day. When they finished, there was barely any sign that major work had taken place except for the beautiful new roof.
They did a great job at a reasonable price and completed the job in an expeditious manner. Would definitely use them again.
Highly recommend Rivera Roofing. We had a roof leak during one of the big rain storms and Rivera came out quickly, assessed and explained the issue thoroughly, providing photos of the roof. The work was done swiftly. Pricing was very reasonable.
Never showed up for a bid on a huge huge job. Other companies with same rating showed up 5 min early for established appointment. Makes me question the authenticity of all the "5 star" reviews for this company. Again very unprofessional and just not a good look for any company! Don't waste your time!
Good afternoon Hook ‘Em, I apologize for inconvenience. Can you elaborate or text me the details of the appointment? I’m curious about the details for this bid. I always clearly communicate with customers and this doesn’t sound like our company. Thank you. Jesse
Augustin was a pleasure to deal with always got back to me in a timely fashion. I needed some roof repair he did it at a reasonable price and didn't try to up sell me services i didn't need. He did an excellent job. I would highly recommend him and Rivera Roofing and Construction.
Within a day of entering a request online, Agustin was at my house looking at my roof where it was leaking. He identified the issue quickly and we scheduled the repairs. The team that came out to do the repairs were efficient and cleaned up completely. I highly recommend them!
Rivera Roofing are a very professional and timely company. If you are in need of repairs don't hesitate to call. A company that guarantees their work.
Jesse was very responsive and helpful! They listened for issues and concerns, and did a great job repairing my roof. Highly recommend!
What an amazing experience working with Rivera Roofing. Jesse took his time and explained the whole process thoroughly. His communication throughout the process was the best customer service you could hope for. The roof looked great and they are reasonably priced to satisfaction.
This company is fantastic. Did a great job and at a reasonable price. No price gouging. I had 3 other quotes from other companies and they were much higher. When they called me back to see if I wanted to use them they said they would match anybodys price. I said no and said I found an honest bidder in Rivera Roofing. The crew was polite and hard working and did the job right the first time. The foreman Augy was very informative. I will recommend Rivera Roofing to everyone. Hats off too an honest and hard working company.
