I had an amazing experience at Riverside dental! The staff was incredibly friendly, and made me feel completely at ease. As a new patient Hygienist Mary explained everything so thoroughly. Dr. Baath could not have been kinder. I did not feel I was being pressured into any type of treatment.
This was my first visit, and I had a really positive experience overall. I had some trouble getting my insurance verified, but the front desk staff member went above and beyond to help me. She patiently made several calls and explored different options until she was finally able to get my insurance details sorted out. I truly appreciate her extra effort, patience, and willingness to help. My appointment was scheduled for 9:00 AM, but because of the insurance-related issues, I was seen by the doctor around 10:00 AM. After taking the X-rays and scans, the doctor identified a tooth that needed immediate attention. He asked me to wait while the billing team assessed my out-of-pocket responsibility so I could understand the cost and make an informed decision before proceeding. Once I gave my approval, the doctor promptly came back and fixed the tooth right away. I really appreciated the transparency, consideration, and promptness in addressing the issue. Despite the initial delay, the care and warmth I experienced throughout the visit made a real difference. The staff were kind, welcoming, and compassionate, and I felt that they genuinely cared about my comfort and needs. It was especially reassuring to see everyone make an effort to resolve the insurance issue and ensure I understood the costs before proceeding with treatment. Overall, I was impressed by the team’s professionalism, kindness, and willingness to go the extra mile. Have had nothing but a wonderful experience at Riverside Valley Dental! Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful both within the patient interaction and billing/insurance sides! Would highly recommended to anyone. Also, takes our insurance (which is rare) which is a huge plus!

Riverside Valley Dental Care is a great dental office! The staff are always extremely friendly, and the vibes are always good. The facility is extremely clean and organized. They have late appointments available, which is very helpful for working professionals with kids. And, they have always done a great job with my treatment plans. I highly recommend this business!
