She thinks her time is more important than ours. She is always late; then instead of take care of a patient that already waited for an hour, she decides to have office meeting.

She is one of the most thorough doctors I have ever been to. Three of my kids see her. Expect the first appointment to take longer than usual because she doesn’t rush you, asks a lot of questions and explains everything very carefully. She truly is a gem!

Dr.Ziegner and staff are the best. Just a really good vibe all around. Very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I had a feeling I was suffering from both indoor and outdoor allergies which they confirmed.thanks to Dr. Ziegner and staffs thorough testing. I also discovered that I have allergies to certain foods… I had no clue. Immunotherapy takes time but it has helped me improve my quality of life .Highly recommended if you are suffering from allergies and /or asthma or anything in between.

Dr. Ziegner seems to be a renowned doctor with extensive experience in the field of allergies. Thanks to her clear diagnosis, precise treatment, and thorough check-ups, my child has improved.

Dr. Ziegner and the staff are very professional and the wait is as quick. Don’t believe the negative reviews - it takes time to properly evaluate allergic reactions and bronchial issues. Don’t believe any negative postings - we’ve been coming to Dr. Ziegner for over a decade - and Nobody is better. She and her staff are THE BEST IN THE SOUTH BAY.

The staff at Riviera Allergy are INCREDIBLE. They are knowledgeable, friendly, empathetic, and efficient. I have had very positive experiences both times I've visited. I have a few more appointments scheduled as Dr. Ziegler is working hard to get to the root cause of the issues I came to her with. Highly recommend Riviera Allergy Medical Center!

Dr Z is very caring and attentive. My daughter is special needs. She communicates with her in a way that my daughter understands and is very comfortable with. To date I’m very happy and grateful for her expertise and bed side manner. She takes the time to explain to me and I never feel rushed in our appointments. A very experienced professional.
