I had RMD replace a half dozen windows a few years back. They were great. Everything worked as advertised. Install crew was polite, timely, cleaned up after themselves and as minimally invasive as possible given they were replacing windows. Windows fit nice and tight to the existing drywall inside the house. I would believe they were custom made for the opening. All it took was a thin bead of caulk to seal the window in. No massive trim pieces or gaps left. Finish is good and clean. On the final walk through it was noticed that one of the sashes had a small cosmetic nick in it and they replaced it the next day even after I told them it wasn't a big deal. Sitting next to the windows it is obvious they insulate better than the prior windows. I have had them for probably 3 years now and have no complaints. Unfortunately, I didn't realize how good RMK is until I let another, much larger group replace some of my other windows. Huge mistake. If anyone knocks on your door selling windows, do yourself a favor and talk with RMK first and compare. RMK is the way better choice, way better install, much more respectful and all around way better company.

Just had the final walk-around inspection of our new window installation by RMK Windows. From start to finish the experience has been absolutely exceptional. Our sales rep, Cyril, answered all of our questions, educated us on our options and was readily available for follow up questions in the days/weeks afterward. Never once did we feel pressured or fed a sales pitch to create urgency to buy like we encountered with a few other companies. Brian (owner) and Victor (service mgr) came back to re-measure and suss out any potential installation hurdles before the final order. The installation team did a fantastic job and were extremely efficient and conscientious. They were on time, courteous and respectful of our home and cleaned up well. Still can't believe they completed the entire house in under two days! Communication, pricing, warranty, reputation, attention to detail and the added options that were included created real value and made it an easy decision to go with RMK. Without any reservation, we would highly recommend them!

I had all the windows in my home replaced (27) by RMK windows back in 2017. I have been very happy with the windows. However, recently I could no longer lock one of our basement windows. I called Jason at RMK, and after nine years since the installation, he came fixed the window and would not accept any money for the repair. The repair was not something that was covered by any guarantee. Jason (RMK) earned my respect by the kind of person he is and the company he runs. Thank you, Jason and RMK Windows!

After two demonstrations from windows companies, we had all our windows replaced by RMK. RMK pricing was half the price as the other companies with the exact same windows! Jason and his crew were professional and friendly to work with. The quality of our new windows is outstanding, they look beautiful and we have noticed a big difference with our AC. We recently had our windows, patio doors, and French doors replaced by RMK. We could not be more satisfied with the experience! All of the facets of the job were performed by quality personnel on the job and in the office. I highly recommend this company if you are considering window/door replacement. Last Friday one of the windows malfunctioned allowing the hot winds into the bedroom. I called RMK and the service tech Victor arrived within 2 hours to repair the window. He was very knowledgeable and completed the task in less than one hour. The service call was covered under the Lifetime Warranty. Again, I highly recommend RMK Windows for Windows and doors.

These folks installed a 21 foot slider for me They had to bring in a 2000lb beam The owner himself was onsite multiple times. They also don’t upsell you on things you don’t need. Highly recommend these folks for all your window and glass door needs

Brian the owner personally came to our house to give us an estimate for a new window. After inspecting it, he told us you don’t need a new window, just someone to fix it. He even gave us a company he trusts. Very helpful and personable. When we do need new windows, we will be going here.

Kenny & Chad installed our windows and did a fantastic job. They were efficient and professional and I love they didn't mind our dogs. They offered to take down our blinds and then re-installed them once they were done. At the end, Victor came by to finish payment and reviewed how to care for the windows. Everyone was incredibly nice! I definitely recommend RMK if you need windows!

Had windows replaced to help with AZ sun and heat. The experience from start to finish was excellent. Visited the office in Mesa to set up a home visit and the estimate. The estimate and final completed price were the same. Install was completed in about 4 hours and clean up / removal of old windows went without a hitch. Had a visit by the service manager a few days after the install to go over details of lifetime warranty and care instructions for the new windows. Had a great experience with the total process and dealings with the office staff, installers and service manager. I would highly recommend RMK windows.
