Would give 10 stars if I could! Awesome job! Prompt, polite, knowledgeable and fair pricing. Highly recommend for all lighting needs.
I’m extremely happy with the lights installed on my home! Santiago was very professional, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job throughout the entire installation. The lights look amazing and really enhance the appearance of my home, especially at night. Everything came out exactly as I had hoped. I would definitely recommend Santiago to anyone looking for quality, professional outdoor lighting installation!
Santi and the team at RN Lighting do excellent work. He’s reliable, professional, communicates well, and takes a lot of pride in what he does. I didn’t really know what I wanted at first, but he came with great suggestions and made the whole process easy. As we’ve expanded different areas around our home, we’ve continued having him back out to add more lighting. He also does our Christmas lights every year and they always turn out awesome. We’ll definitely continue doing business with them.
Thank you, Sir. We truly appreciate your business.
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I cannot say enough good things about RN Lighting. If you are looking for outdoor lighting, retaining wall lighting, landscape lighting, or hardscape lighting in Flowery Branch or the surrounding North Georgia area, I highly recommend them. We live in Flowery Branch, and because RN Lighting is based closer to the Jefferson/Hoschton area, I initially assumed the distance might mean slower service. It was actually the complete opposite. I contacted about five other outdoor lighting companies, including one only five minutes from our house, and most were telling me it would be a week to a week and a half before they could get things moving. RN Lighting gave us a SAME-DAY quote, had the materials shipped in within approximately 48 hours, and our retaining wall lighting was installed and completed within about three business days. To be fair, our project was relatively small compared to some of the larger outdoor lighting projects they handle, so obviously turnaround times will depend on the size and scope of the job. But that actually made their service stand out to me even more. They never made us feel like our smaller project was less important. And the speed did not come at the expense of quality. The installation was done with a high level of care, everything looked clean and professional, and the lighting completely elevated our new retaining wall. What really impressed me was the follow-through after installation. They came back at night to do a walkthrough with us so we could see the lighting when it was actually dark, make sure everything was working properly, and make sure we were happy with the finished result. He also walked me through how to control the lights from my phone. He told me which app to download and what to do, and I had everything installed and working within maybe two minutes. Simple, easy, and no confusion. The entire experience was seamless. I didn’t have to repeatedly call or text asking for updates or wonder what was happening next. They communicated well, followed through on what they said they would do, and genuinely seemed to care about the finished product. It says a lot that a company located farther away from us provided faster and more attentive service than companies practically down the street. Our retaining wall lighting turned out BEAUTIFUL, and we are extremely happy with the finished project. If you are looking for professional outdoor lighting, landscape lighting, retaining wall lighting, or hardscape lighting in Flowery Branch, Jefferson, Hoschton, Braselton, Gainesville, or the surrounding North Georgia area, RN Lighting is absolutely worth calling. Excellent communication, incredibly fast turnaround, quality workmanship, and customer service that continued even after the installation was finished. Five stars without hesitation. We will absolutely use RN Lighting again when we are ready to add more outdoor lighting around our home.
