Customers frequently cite the owner's consistent communication, rapid responsiveness to inquiries, and transparent, itemized pricing as key aspects of the experience. Reviews highlight professional craftsmanship across kitchen, bathroom, and basement remodels, noting that contractors are punctual, polite, and thorough in cleanup. One criticism involves a lack of design guidance and initial follow-up, where a client reported receiving no floor plans or recommendations and waiting four days for a quote.

Hi Vita, Thank you for your thoughtful review. Congratulations to your new home..it's beautiful 😉 Russell RNB Design Group Owner
We highly reccomend working with RNB Design Group. I was intitially hesitant about starting a kitchen remodel, but working with Russ put my mind at ease. He worked with us every step of the the way and kept us up to date with what was happening when. Every contractor was friendly and professional, and clearly took pride in their work. The work done on each stage, from the planning and design, to the electric, plumbing, tile, and cabinets was done beautifully with great attention to detail. We wanted to keep the original flooring, and great care was taken to ensure that it was not damaged in the process. The end result is spectacular!
Anne and Mike, Wow! Thank you for the great review! This was quite the kitchen remodel with a few twists and turns on the way... The patiences that you both showed during this kitchen remodel was incredible. When we found that load bearing wall during demo that separates your pantry caught us all by surprise... With the expertise of our Structural Engineer, highly skilled Carpenter, Plumber, Electrician and HVAC were able to bring this kitchen remodel to fruition to achieve your expectations. Thank you for your business! Russell RNB Design Group Owner
Russ and the team at RNB Design Group LLC did a complete remodel of our 1960's bathroom and we are thrilled with the results! Russ, owner & project coordinator, was exceptional in keeping us informed throughout the entire project and addressing any questions or concerns we had from start to finish. All of the contractors are highly qualified, professional, and easy to work with on a daily basis. Especially Ben, our "Main Man". He is fantastic! Personable, knowledgeable, and really cares about the quality of his work. We highly recommend RNB Design Group LLC for any of your remodeling projects!! Thank you, Sherrie & Mike

Russ and associates did a great job bringing our kitchen out of the 80’s. The team was reliable, helpful, and went above and beyond given we did this project long distance. We’re very pleased with the results and appreciated Russ’s coordination along the way so everything went smoothly.
Hello Linda and Ken, Thank you for your positive feedback regarding your kitchen remodel. On behalf of our entire RNB Design Group Team...Thanks again for your Five Star Google Review! 😉 Russell
Just wanted to drop a thank you note to RNB Design Group for the restoration of our finished basement. Just like many, we suffered though the loss of use, furniture, and many family momentos/memories due to the sewer backups. Russ, Chris and the team listened to our desire to get our basement back to what it was prior to the damage. We shared our thoughts, ideas and pictures of what the finished basement was and how we lost so much. Russ and his team listened to us, understood our loss, and came up with solutions that were equivalent and better in some ways to the pre-existing conditions. All of his team, were professional, friendly, very kind and answered all of our questions and more. We actually got to know them well! We love how it turned out and our bathroom upgrades and family room customer cabinet changes came out great! As with any project there were some hiccups, but Russ and the team pivoted and delivered on their work. We just want to say thank you to Russ and his team! I have already answered questions about from friends who saw the yard sign. Here are some pictures of the pre-conditions (post demo) from the damage and the final reconstruction. If you are looking for a team to deliver your project professionally, personally, and treat your home with respect give Russ a call. They say what they are going to do, and deliver. Thanks again RNB Team Derek
Derek, Thank you for sharing your positive experience using RNB Design Group to restore your finished basement from the heavy rains. You were definitely a pleasure to work with during the reconstruction phase. Our entire RNB team sincerely appreciate your kind words. Best Regards, Russell @ RNB Design Group Germantown Wisconsin Owner
Russ the owner of R&D design group was fantastic with helping set up the finance process Understanding that our second bath remodel in less than two months needed to be perfect after a failed remodel by a different contractor Ben his head carpenter was fantastic throughout the entire process Taking photos providing updates, making sure that other contractors were cleaning up after themselves and that work was satisfactory to are Vision and the vision of RND design. They even worked with us and finding it within the budget to do exhaust fans upgrade to the whisper, quiet, Panasonic and install installing luxury vinyl flooring and both of the bathroom. They made the process so easy that we will use them again when we do our kitchen
Hello Brad, Glad we were able to get a shower system within your budget and financed. Knowing your prior experience you had with the other remodeling company, I definitely wanted to make sure you were taking care of. Thank you for your business and 5 ⭐ Review. Russell RNB Design Group, Germantown, WI
We worked with Russell and his team at RNB Design Group for our kitchen remodel and we are absolutely thrilled with the end result. Russell stayed in touch with us regarding each contractor appointment so we knew when they would be here to work. His communication throughout the process was wonderful. The contractors Russell works with are top notch. His electrician came up with a creative fix to a code issue we encountered, which allowed us to move forward with that part of the project. Ben and Javier are amazingly talented and provided great work and service. Claudia designed a beautiful layout for us and helped us pull together all components we wanted included in the kitchen. She guided us with design choices and took the time to figure out the style we were going for. It's not easy to allow strangers into your home, especially in situations where you may not be home. But every single one of Russell's contractors was knowledgeable, friendly and trustworthy. I had no issues leaving them in my house alone when I had to run an errand or pick up kids from school. Overall, we were very happy with our experience and the end result. I would highly recommend RND Design Group for any renovation project.
