Great and expedient service! Joe responded quickly to my request and came out the next day. Quality work on spring replacement and garage door repair. Will refer to Roadrunner when we need garage services again! Thank you!
Transaction couldn't have gone any smoother! Got a call from Rick in for an evaluation at 3pm, they came out within 2 hours as agreed, and got my garage door fixed all in the same day! Very knowledgeable and very fast!!! Technician also helped me out with my car when he saw I was working on it. I didn't bother shopping for a better price; price for the quality of work and the speed was quite fair. Call Roadrunner if you want the service done by a pro.
When our garage needed repair, we knew to call Roadrunner. We'd previously used them (unrelated issue) and were very pleased with their price and customer service. Our repairman this time was Vince a great guy! He arrived on time, after a little explaining, he diagnosed the issue and had our garage door working better than ever, all in less than an hour. Thank you again Roadrunner for another great experience.
For garage door service, you better call the experts at Roadrunner. Replaced springs on our garage door the same day we contacted them.
Contacted Roadrunner Overhead yesterday morning for a repair (broken spring). They quoted what we thought was a very reasonable price and scheduled us for the same day. Smith came out and quickly fixed the problem. Good to have our garage door fixed and working again. It's amazing the little things we take for granted. We will definitely use Roadrunner Overhead for any future garage needs. Thank you so much!
As soon as I called early Monday morning, I was immediately connected and put on the schedule to replace broken torsion springs. I really appreciate how kind, communicative and honest Paul (the technician) was on the service call. The entire service call took less than an hour and my garage door is working great. I also appreciate Paul giving my garage door once-over and tune up to make sure it continues to run as it should. Paul is also very knowledgeable and pre-emptively answered some questions I had about a future garage door upgrade. Prices are extremely fair and reasonable for the high-quality and efficient service provided. I will not hesitate to give Roadrunner a call if I need service again in the future!

No one ever wants to be in a position to call a garage company at 6:45 am in the morning, but if so, call Roadrunner Garage Repair, they will help. Our technician was Vince, we dealt with him directly the whole time and he was nothing but professional, mindful of our time, and our restraints. Vince was quick, and made great recommendations based on our needs. We will only use Roadrunner Garage Door Repair company in the future going forward.

My garage door unit developed an annoying vibration rattle. The tech came and installed special isolation pads between track and ceiling - whisper quiet now!

The seam between two panels was separating from years of use. They reinforced it with steel bracing and industrial adhesive - stronger than when it was new!
