Miguel and Jaime did a great job cleaning our home. We have three floors full of carpeting and 48 carpeted stairs, so it’s a big job. They were knowledgeable and did not upsell me, which I’m grateful for since I find it very annoying when companies do that. We have a dog that was difficult to house break, so unfortunately there were some stubborn pee stains. They took care of those and made the carpets look and smell fresh again. I’ve used other carpet companies in the past and Robinson is the most pleasant to deal with out of all the ones I’ve hired. While carpet cleaning is always expensive, Robinson does the job right.
