Staff is nice when someone has been there, but it doesn't seem easy to figure out when they will be open. Online hours say they're open at 11am but I waited from 11am - 11:30am today. No one was there and the store never opened. This is the 3rd time I've waited 30+ minutes before having to just leave. Either their hours need to be updated or the hours are just "guidelines". Either way, I'd call first before making the trip here to make sure someone will actually be there. Or go to one of the weed places that is open normal hours.

This shop is the typical NY small business making it happen. These guys are so kind, funny, helpful, and just want you to have a good experience with their products. If you are a diehard in the culture, enjoy; if you’re new to the scene, enjoy. These folks are PROFESSIONAL! I live above the shop and truly know how much love they bring to this community.
