Did a great job and have great stories
Antonio did a wonderful job. He took care of extra things pointed out to him like the wasp problem by finding and eliminating the nest. Great job Antonio!

Jose is friendly and respectful. He does a great job!
Doug was prompt and friendly. He communicated well and was professional. He explained everything to me about the process and answered questions thoroughly. I liked that he took photos so I could see the space that he inspected.
I greeted Antonio upon his arrival and he very efficiently explained what he was going to do after he toured inside and out of the house. We did have a discussion regarding a wildlife inspection because of some damage under the house. I’m currently awaiting that call. Overall, Antonio completed the job very effectively and now I’m looking for the fruit of his labor. Thanks again.
They ended up suggesting we don't pay for service but gave a lot of tips on how to handle the situation ourselves. For free. I felt bad that I used up their time but was grateful that they took the time to help us anyways!
Customer service was exceptional
Lucas with Rock Pest Contro called me to give me a time line that he was on his way. He came out on time, very polite. We talked about a game plan specifically for black carpenter ants. He put down an application of product that he explained. He explained that he would be back in a month and then quarterly. So far it seems to be working. Thanks in advance.. would recommend 👌.
Paul, thanks for the great review. We’re glad Lucas arrived as scheduled, explained the targeted plan for black carpenter ants, and clearly outlined the treatment and follow up. It’s encouraging to hear it appears to be working, and we appreciate your recommendation.
