Our driver was so nice!! We booked with this company very last minute because of a cancellation with another company, and they were super accommodating with our situation. They were very reliable and helpful through the whole process. I would totally recommend booking your party events with them!
Our go to transport service! Clean, safe, up to date vehicles and accomodating drivers. Even had the pink ambient lights on for us enroute to a pink fundraiser event!
Would NOT recommend for any important event (such as a wedding). Our driver was over 15 minutes late. We paid for a party bus that fits 28 and couldn’t fit 19 comfortably. We tipped the driver accordingly and he got mad at us and requested more money.

As we discussed on the phone, the chauffeur arrived approximately 15 minutes late due to traffic\. We understand how important timing is, particularly for an important event, and we apologize for the delay\. I also want to reiterate what I told you regarding the gratuity\. A chauffeur asking a client for additional tip money is completely unacceptable\. I spoke directly with the driver about this after our conversation, and I sincerely apologize that you were put in that position\. Regarding the size of the bus, I do want to clarify one point\. While these vehicles have a rated passenger capacity, our website specifically explains in both the vehicle photos and descriptions that our 26\-passenger party buses are recommended for approximately **18–22 adults for maximum comfort**\. Your group of 19 adults was within that recommended comfort range\. We provide that information in advance specifically so clients can choose a vehicle based not only on its rated capacity, but also on how much space they would like for their group\. We appreciate your previous business and your feedback\. We certainly don’t dismiss your concerns, and I’m glad I had the opportunity to speak with you personally about what happened\.
Never do business with these people. Completely bad-faith actors. We paid $700 to get from Plymouth to Ann Arbor on a game day. A one-way trip. The driver did not take highways due to game-day traffic. Then, a week later, they charged an extra $130 for some kind of overtime fee. All we did was go from point A to point B as was agreed to. The driver was great, but the people running the company are bad actors and will come up with any excuse to get your money.
Connor, we appreciate you acknowledging that your chauffeur provided great service, but there are some important details missing from this review. Your reservation was booked as a transfer with a scheduled time of 8:30 AM–9:00 AM. Your chauffeur arrived early at 8:15 AM and was ready for the scheduled 8:30 AM departure. Unfortunately, the group was still eating breakfast and did not board the vehicle until approximately 8:45 AM — 15 minutes after the scheduled departure time. The trip was then completed at approximately 9:40 AM, meaning the vehicle and chauffeur were in service well beyond the originally reserved time. The additional charge was therefore not an arbitrary fee or an attempt to “come up with an excuse” to collect more money. It was an overtime charge resulting from the reservation extending beyond the contracted time. We understand that traffic on a University of Michigan game day can be significant, which is exactly why scheduled departure times matter. Your chauffeur arrived early, waited for your group, safely transported everyone to Ann Arbor, and, as you noted yourself, provided great service. We are always happy to discuss a billing question with a client, but we also believe it is important that the complete timeline be represented accurately.
Driver was on time, very accommodating, and got us to and from safely. Bus was clean. We enjoyed our experience with Rockstarz. I would definitely use them again.

Rockstarz Limousine and Party bus is top notch. After years of using other companies I made the move last year and will not use anyone else. Extremely competitive on pricing, outstanding service, and professionalism! We had Nick and he was amazing! Could not say enough great things about his service. Will be requesting him in the future!
I used Rockstarz for my bachelorette party last weekend. We had the pleasure of having Nick as our driver for the evening. He was timely, friendly, and quick to respond. He made the night wonderful! I highly recommend Rockstarz for your transportation needs. Thank you again, Nick!
AJ picked me and my bridal party up the day of my wedding. He arrived a little early which was nice, but unfortunately we were running behind. He was patient and waited for us without any issues. Our food was late being delivered for while we were getting ready but he let us bring it on the bus which was great because I originally thought food wasn’t allowed. It was priced good, everything ran smooth, on time for all the drop offs and pick ups, there were no issues. We would recommend them!
