Rocktown Music

Been coming here on and off for about 15 years and it's top notch. One of my best memories I've ever had was walking in the day the Randall rep was there and the rep and Joel let me try every product he had that day. Randall is my favorite amp company so it was a big deal for me. I got to play some things that didn't release until years later. All in all its always been great coming here and Joel stands behind every product. Wish I could give more than 5 stars.

Rocktown music is great. I've had a couple of guitars fixed there. They do great work in a reasonable timeframe. If they don't have something they can order it for you. If you're not sure exactly what you're looking for they are very knowledgeable and will mostly be able to help you find what you're looking for. Great ppl they make you feel welcome.

Rocktown is the store I wish I had when I was learning guitar. They have a low price guarantee so I can’t see myself shopping at Guitar Center or Sweetwater for anything unless it’s an emergency. I’ve wasted plenty of money searching for the “right” guitars, picks, etc. and Joel and Amanda have hit the bullseye on every single recommendation so far. Their repair and setup prices are incredible too and now my guitars play like I only imagined they could. Truly one of the best guitar stores I’ve ever set foot in.

Joel's a great guy. Decent selection for being a small town Music store. Just ask, everyone here is very helpful. This is always my first stop for a local brick & mortar.

I went in to get my beloved guitar restrung and just general maintenance. The lady at the counter is incredibly helpful and kind. My guitar looks taken well care of too. Such a welcoming atmosphere. Everyone I came in contact with there was knowledgeable and kind.

This is my new go-to music/instrument shop! Joel was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and enjoyable! I regret waiting years before going here--don't make the same mistake I did. Tons of options, extremely competitive prices but without sacrificing that mom and pop shop feeling. Shop with confidence!

Had a set up and re-string done on an electric guitar. Sounds amazing, great price, and they had it done lightning fast. Would highly recommend

Rocktown is great! I always find something cool. They have a great selection of used vinyl at affordable prices.

I was in the area for work and stopped by on a whim to check out equipment for my aspiring drummer (aged 9). The worker was super helpful and knowledgeable and showed me a bunch of different options even though I had basically no idea what I was after. Ended up getting a perfect setup for my kid for her upcoming birthday. I live 2 hours away but I think I will be back because this place is worth a road trip!
