Hunter came out today and helped us with our RO Filter. He was knowledgeable, courteous and helpful. He came on time as well and sent a text with his expected arrival time. He also explained Rockwater's annual service arrangement which has several good features at a reasonable annual charge. From our experience today, this is a company I feel very confident in recommending.
