Customers frequently praise the punctuality, professional communication, and attention to detail of the installation and measurement teams. Positive reviews highlight efficient scheduling, helpful showroom assistance, and clean work sites during countertop, sink, and backsplash projects. However, low-star reviews cite recurring issues with missed appointments, poor workmanship requiring multiple corrections, and unresponsive management or staff during dispute resolution.

Leonel with RMS was super helpful! He paid close attention to detail, communicated wonderfully, and was very patient. .
Leonel was professional, kind, and prompt!
Our in home experience with Rocky Mountain Stone started with Leonel, and he was awesome when getting our template done! He made sure we were well informed and when we had a minor set back he tried to move mountains to work with us. We were then taken care of by James and Manuel; they were exceptionally professional! They were informative and really seemed to care that our kitchen counters were perfect. This project has been stressful for my family but James and Manuel took their time to explain the process and make sure we were happy and comfortable through out the installation. We could not have asked for better installers and will be recommending Rocky Mountain Stone to everyone we know who needs work done!
Hi Jamie - thank you for taking the time to give us this great review and for the positive feedback for our crews. We'll be sure to pass along your comments to both Leonel and the install team. We appreciate the opportunity to work with you and look forward to see you again soon. Thank you!
Leonel of RMS was excellent, pleasant and professional.
Lionel was great
Manuel and James were punctual, arriving a few minutes early! Their attention to detail was exceptional. They were very tidy, leaving no trash or mess. They were pleasant to work with and went above and beyond in completing our project! Overall, we were very pleased and highly recommend them for such work projects.
Top notch service throughout the process from when we first stepped into the showroom until the job was done. Our project manager, Dave, answered all of our questions. Leonel measured our kitchen and was great to work with and so meticulous! Larry and Juan were patient with us as we went through the template and scheduling process. Jesus and Jose went above and beyond with the install making sure we got the results we envisioned. The finished product was all we had hoped for! Thanks Rocky Mountain Stone!
My husband and I want to thank Rocky Mountain Stone for their exceptional, professional and quality service. We recently contracted RMS to replace our kitchen counters, sink and back splash. Each day the team was on time, efficient, professional and unmatched in the quality product they provided for us. We want to give a shout out to Jacob and Florencio who demo’d the original kitchen and tiled the back splash. Their efforts helped make this experience an incredible one for us. The counter granite is absolutely stunning; the cast iron porcelain sink is to die for; and the tile back splash is beautiful against the counter. We thank RMS for their fantastic job and attention to detail and we will be using them for all our future projects! Bob and Lisa Campbell

Adrian and Manual installed the countertops in our new build. They were friendly, professional and clean! Lovely job
