We are mid project October 2026. Poor communication with their subcontractor that actually does all the labor results in you getting to be the project manager and job site clean up crew. Estimator had a lot to say that did not happen on the first day their subcontractor was here. They came back three days later, patched up some of it, still did not finish the job, and left screws all over our garage floor. This is a shop that just subs it out and hopes to walk away. DO NOT provide your credit card or bank account like they will as you to before they start working. Hold them to account to get it done! They give a lot of lip service, time to see how they actually wrap this up…

Husband called this company after wed found a rat in attic an they sent out Paul d he was on time super nice an understanding since I was home alone with my baby he looked at everything an answered all my questions an concerns definitely plan to call them again if we have anymore issues

Mel did a site visit and provided a quote for rodent sanitizing and cleaning services of our garage. He provided a verbal quote and followed up very soon after with a written quote over email and text, and also confirmed the timing/availability of someone to do the work. Very quick and helpful service!
