I stopped in with my laptop that had a damaged charger and, I thought, a damaged charging port. Turned out to only need a new charger after he removed the piece of the charger prong that had broken off in the port. He made sure my computer still worked and looked up the correct replacement for me to order on Amazon then refused any payment for his help. All this without mocking me for failing to discover the solution myself! He has my business forever!

Friendly, and helpful. Assisted me through a warranty claim on a gaming PC and was affordable.

They did a great job taking care of me. My computer wouldn’t turn on after updating my hardware. They attempted to fix my issue before even paying, and once they realized it would be more involved I paid for my diagnostic and boom, my issue was fixed less than 24 hours later with no extra cost and a great explanation of how to avoid the issue in the future. Will definitely be coming again if I ever have anymore issues.

Yorbi told me on the phone that my bad cooling fan might take a week+ to fix, depending upon specific parts availability. As luck would have it, he had a brand new fan sitting in inventory for 4 years that a customer ordered but never picked up. 2 hours (& a MUCH needed cleaning) later, Yorbi had me up & running. Yorbi & Rodtech Computer Repair is my new GoTo PC shop!

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. YOU WILL REGRET IT. Took my old laptop computer that was built in the late 80's early 90's there in November of 2025. 1 that still had msdos 6 22 and windows 3.1 on it with a full size computer main board in it and a 340mb hard drive. It only needed a new cmos battery to save the settings for the hard drive and such. Case was in prestige condition and everything. I took it in to Rods place and he asked me "what is it ?" I knew more about what I had more than he did and I still do. So I had to tell and explain to him what it was. He totally cracked and demolished my laptop case trying to remove the screws. He never replaced my cmos battery. He had me pick it up with my now demolished and cracked case and charged a $100 bench fee on top of it. Never even apologized never tried or offered to repair my now demolished laptop computer case or anything either. If it's not new don't take it to him. He's worthless and can only do simple things like reinstall add memory and replace hard drives and such on machines built within that past 10yrs or so. STAY AWAY. DON'T GO NEAR THIS PLACE YOU WILL REGRET IT.

Called to get my laptop repaired and the technician was transparent about what the problem most likely is. He seemed very honest and upfront so I didn't have to waste my time. I'll definitely be going there for any future repairs.

Horrible computer shop! I do not recommend anyone to hire them to work on your computers or laptops. Horrible service. He will get the issue done, but make sure you check your computer out before you leave because once you leave he does not care what he told you even though it wasnt 30 days ago. He will make you pay a diagnostic fee everytime even though he didn't fix the issue the precious time.

Yorbi is such an amazing person and did a wonderful job at helping me resolve laptop crisis!! I went in to get a fix for my laptop after it was slightly rained on and dropped and he immediately knew how to get the job done with no complication. It felt like I came out with a brand new computer. Overall, very good customer service was given as well as understanding approaches to the situation. Totally recommended checking them out if you're facing some problems.

MY DELL SUDDENLY WOULDN’T TURN ON. I HAVE ENUFF KNOWLEDGE OF COMPUTERS TO GET ME IN TROUBLE. SO ONCE I EXHAUSTED MY CALABILITIES , I STARTED LOOKING FOR HELP. I DIDN’T WANT TO SHIP IT BACK TO DELL AGAIN, SO I STARTED LOOKIN LOCALLY AND RODTECH POPPED UP BARELY OVER A MIOLE AWAY. BESIDES GIVING FAST AND ADMIRABLE SERVICE, YURI IS A GOOD MAN TO MEET AND KNOW. I CARRIED MY REPAIRED COMPUTER HOME THAT AFTERNOON ABND SPENT ALOT OF HIS TIME SHOOTIN TH BREEZE. A THOUROUGHLY PLEASANT EXPERIENCE.
