Tyler and his partner were terrific - very efficiently installed my new hot water heater and told me about it, left my basement super clean as well. I like that you can schedule the work online, too. I'll reach out to them again for sure for future plumbing needs.

Dan did a great job repairing a small leak, installing a new main shut-off, and correcting some DIY plumbing the previously owner did incorrectly. Very fair and transparent pricing.

This company is very pleasant to work with on the phone and the plumber that came to the house was very nice. He installed a valve at the water supply entrance and replaced a shower/tub diverter. He was very capable, kept me informed as he was working and completed the work with no issues. I didn’t get the bill yet, but I highly recommend Roger Ross Plumbing.
