The tech arrived timely and proceeded to check out the situation. He was professional and knowledgeable. My system was working great when he left.
Rolando’s HVAC came out for 3 separate projects/ sealing unit, cleaning ducts, and cleaning coils. They were very thorough, friendly, and timely, from start to clean up. Very happy with all the work they did,
“I’m really pleased with this service! After a brief wait for scheduling, the technicians showed up. Yuniel Liranz was my technician, and he did fantastic work! He was professional, polite, and very clear about what needed fixing. I’m very happy with the service and would gladly recommend this company.”
Tech was awesome and made sure the job was done completely
Incredible service, dude came in, did what 3 other techs DID NOT and now the AC is kicking like new…
I recently had a new mini-split A/C unit installed by Rolando’s HVAC, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the initial consultation to the final installation, the team was professional, punctual, and respectful of my home. They took the time to explain how the new system works and ensured everything…
He found the issues/problems quickly and fixed everything immediately!! Would definitely recommend!
We have Rolando’s handle our maintenance of our HVAC and mini split unit. They suggested we install insulation in the attic of the garage (mini split cooling) and had them complete this as well. Every tech that has come to our home and business has been professional, cleaned the job site thoroughly before leaving…
Very fast clean and professional. Even cleaned parts that weren't their mess. The only issue I had was my email said to expect them at 9am and the office dispatch said their system said 8am so I almost missed them.
Darel was super friendly and thorough! He explained the issue and how he resolved it. We had a broken wire on our outside unit and he replaced it automatically. He took pictures and showed me what was wrong and how he fixed it as well as taking the time to clean out our inside ac unit. Awesome job!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Service from Ernesto and Eddy! I cannot say enough great things about Ernesto and Eddy. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, courteous, knowledgeable and incredibly thorough. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions and made sure I understood…
Had a stellar experience with Rolando’s. Stop reading this review and just call them. They were responsive, thorough, transparent, and extremely fair on pricing. I had them out to diagnose an issue and they found it within moments. Air Titans (my original HVAC company) wanted $574 to do a leak sniff, Rolando’s did…
Yonny and Tony spent the majority of the day, and then some, repairing and servicing our A/C system. These two young men were polite, professional, and went above and beyond, staying late until our house was once again cooling nicely. The service they delivered was absolutely top notch and they left my home and yard…
The service person is fine, friendly but the service to vacuum-unclog a 7 year old unit is unacceptable! $215.00, I told the lady on the phone that I was referred to you by a previous customer who has 9+ properties and the service like this was $85 with my previous service company! But the man was diagnosed with…
Rolando quoted a Goodman AC for my home in South Tampa in 2024. At the time, his price was very competitive and his reviews were stellar. The job was a difficult one with unforeseen challenges: a tight attic, old ductwork, and what turned out to be a defective AC unit. Rolando's team spent countless hours…
Great service took his time to really get to the problem instead of just sucking the water out of the AC.
I can ALWAYS count on Rolando's HVAC (with confidence) to handle all my AC needs. Rolando's has handled my HVAC work for multiple years now and I will continue using and recommending them for multiple more years. Steve Vigil Realtor 30+ years Tampa Florida

Ariel Rodriguez Mendez was very polite, friendly, very thorough & respectful. Thank you so much.
We had a bit unusual situation with our AC, and some unwanted visitors (mice), also a poorly installed return. Speaking with Rolando was easy and comfortable. Jorge, a pleasant and helpful younger family man, came to see what we needed, and in looking, realized we had to take care of the rodents and call him back,…
Jorge was amazing. Very honest and efficient and his explanations were clear as to what he would do and what needs to be done. We were pleased with his service and the outcome. Thank you
Rolando’s HVAC was truly amazing. Very professional and extremely knowledgeable. I will never use anyone else again!
Really professional and knowledgeable. I’ve had my maintenance man come and check out my AC 3 separate times and they could not figure it out. Finally they called in the professionals at Rolando, AC has been piping cold ever since!!
