I would say it’s great except our AC unit makes this loud noise everytime it shuts off. We had someone out to check it and they just said it happens to 1 out of 1000 units and there is nothing wrong with it, just noisy. Well try living with it daily cutting on and off all day long, unacceptable answer to me. It’s…
Best Company in Florida hands down!! From as little as Kenay in the mornings or Miriam in the afternoon, this company doesn't fail to amaze me. And the technicians are awesome and very professional. I recommend this company to anyone looking for help always!!!!!
Rolando’s HVAC continues to prove why they’re the company I trust with all my home HVAC needs. From the very first call, they’ve gone above and beyond to address every concern thoroughly and professionally. Most recently, Darel Mojena delivered exceptional service — friendly, knowledgeable, and committed to making…
Rolando’s HVAC truly exceeded our expectations. Jorge and the service team were so amazing, and their professionalism shined from start to finish. We never imagined our HVAC/air conditioner would be replaced so quickly, yet they made it happen with care, efficiency, and outstanding service. We are genuinely grateful for their dedication and expertise.
★★★★★ Exceptional service and outstanding customer care I had a fantastic experience with Rolando’s HVAC installing my new A/C mini-split unit and setting up my service agreement. I recently had a new mini-split A/C unit installed by Rolando’s HVAC, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. From the initial consultation to the final installation, the team was professional, punctual, and respectful of my home. They took the time to explain how the new system works and ensured everything…
Very fast clean and professional. Even cleaned parts that weren't their mess. The only issue I had was my email said to expect them at 9am and the office dispatch said their system said 8am so I almost missed them.
Great. We are getting cooler.
Had a stellar experience with Rolando’s. Stop reading this review and just call them. They were responsive, thorough, transparent, and extremely fair on pricing. I had them out to diagnose an issue and they found it within moments. Air Titans (my original HVAC company) wanted $574 to do a leak sniff, Rolando’s did…
Rolando quoted a Goodman AC for my home in South Tampa in 2024. At the time, his price was very competitive and his reviews were stellar. The job was a difficult one with unforeseen challenges: a tight attic, old ductwork, and what turned out to be a defective AC unit. Rolando's team spent countless hours…
What a terrific team of professionals! We lived working with Rolando's. They did a terrific job installing a mini split and adding a two zone system to our already installed HVAC system. We highly recommend Rolando's for your HVAC needs.
I can ALWAYS count on Rolando's HVAC (with confidence) to handle all my AC needs. Rolando's has handled my HVAC work for multiple years now and I will continue using and recommending them for multiple more years. Steve Vigil Realtor 30+ years Tampa Florida

We installed a new a/c unit with Rolando's HVAC. They had a really good price and they worked around schedule. On install day the guys arrived in the morning and completed the job that day. Frank did a great job with installation and left everything really clean. Highly recommend Rolando's HVAC.

Rolando's HVAC installed a new AC unit and a new thermostat in my house. They did an amazing job! The crew was very courteous, professional and fast. The new AC unit is working much better than the old one! Not only they installed AC but they tidied up everything making look professional and a lot better than it…
Took almost 3 weeks to get the air conditioner installed once installed. It blew out the electricity to our whole house for three days. FPL had to come out and fix and they stalled in an air conditioning unit that is way too small. My electric bill is now $1000 a month and my house does not go below 85° if the sun…

Super fast and efficient service! Very quick to schedule new ac installation when our unit was beyond repair. Showed up early for both appointments. But all the techs/installers could speak little to no English so it made it a bit difficult to communicate but they were very good at their jobs and did a wonderful job…
Top notch company. This is the company I recommend to friends and family.
After interviewing 20 companies and multiple brands, this one popped up last and they fit all my checkboxes. Honest, price, communication, rating, equipment. I have a few I could list to avoid, and a few that I feel are great and honest. This is my top pick.
Rolando’s HVAC business is the only business I will let help me with my AC repairs or new install. Rolando is honest and fair. My whole family uses Rolando’s HVAC for all of their AC needs! Look no further, Rolando’s HVAC is the best in Tampa area.
They came out right away sent me a text message before arrival to give me a status on ETA. They tested everything out & found the problem immediately they fixed it & we had cool air again before they left my home. With the heat wave in Florida being in the 100s it was important to have some cool AC I truly thank them for coming out & repair my AC
The gentleman that handled my issue (that was being without AC for 4 days) was here so fast and got the job done so quick and proficient. I don’t remember his name but he literally saved our lives. We were sleeping outside it was so hot in our house. He also offered a screwdriver for me to borrow so I can fix my…
Hands down best HVAC company in town! Everything you expect a good company to be: reliable, knowledgeable and responsible. 100% recommended!
Rolando’s HVAC is by far the best HVAC company in Tampa bay. I work for a large property development company and have worked with him on countless change outs and services with absolutely perfect service. He responds immediately and has a tech on site that day in most cases. He also installs water filtration systems with the same level of professionalism.
